The situation is such that even when you win, you lose. Have you ever been in such a tight spot before? Standing at the front of a cheering crowd, wearing your laurels of victory, but somehow that damn thing just refuses to sit right on your head, as you feel it slipping away. Knowing this place is not rightfully yours takes the fun out of the celebrations.
