I would hate to be in a position where I need to judge another person's destiny. To lay the law of the land upon the damned and sit on that throne of so-called justice. Certain people can get drunk on that kind of power. To claim a life because a life was taken might seem to be the only way to go about it, but to my mind, it blurs the line between crime and punishment. Are we not equally in the wrong by repeating the action the person was guilty of committing in the first place?
