The beginning

11:15 p.m.

"AAAGGGH, SHE'S COMING HURRY UP!!!!!" Addison screamed "it's alright honey there coming, there coming QUEEN WHERE ARE YOU BABY" James called out side by side with his pregnant wife that was in labor "sir, you can't come in you'll have to wait ok". The nurse said to James "ok" was all he said then they carried her in the room "queen honey what are you doing down there" James saw his six year old daughter sitting in the corner of the hallway of the hospital "is mommy ok" queen said with tears streaming down to her face James signed and sat next to her how was he gonna tell his six year old daughter that his wife and her mother had a 0.21% chance of living "she'll be ok queen ok, look at me where in this together no matter what" he said lifting her chin up and wiping the tears from her face James knew that Addison was sick but they never worried about telling there daughter cause they where protecting her so they thought it was best to keep it in secret Naomi came running in the hospital crying and asking if  everything ok. Naomi had been bestfriends with Addison since they were kids. They did everything together so when Naomi found out Addison was sick it was a punch in her stomach knowing that one day she was going to lose someone she loved dearly right beside her was her husband Brandon and her six year old son kentrel. "Naomi calm done there ding everything right now to help" James said assuring her that they were doing there job "come on Naomi you need to calm done whatever happens we all made a promise" he said looking in the direction of there children that was now sleeping queen head on kentrel's lap  and kentrel barely on the seat trying to stay away James always found it funny how since birth they were so close seeing them you could've thought they where brother and sister. An hour pass and nothing they were still sitting in the lobby and no update James knew it was over right after the doctor and nurses all came out with that look that he could read from a mile away he got up and went over there "we did what we could" was all he said James was so out of mind that he wasn't even thinking about anything else until someone tapped him on his leg "daddy" a soft voice said he looked down and there she was his daughter the only thing he had "sir" the doctor said pulling him back to reality "the birth was successful though if you wanna see her" before he could finish that sentence James was confused "he....." he said "yes she in the room if you wanna see her" the doctor said James looked back at Naomi and she must've known cause Brandon was now holding her while she cried. James looked down at his daughter and asked " you wanna see your baby sister" he said looking at her with a wide smile across her face now seeing that he was smiling he took her hand and started to walk in the room where his newborn child was when they reached the room tears filled his eyes again not for sadness but for happiness instead he looked down on both of them and was thinking how was he going to tell them that there mother was never going to be around "what's her name " queen said looking at her James stood still for a minute thinking "lay" was all he said with a big smile on his face he knew that having two daughters where going to be a big responsibility now that his wife wasn't around anymore but he knew he could do it..he promised.
