Queen's Pov

  I was now in my bathroom taking a bath waiting for kentrel to text me and say he was here but instead like the psycho he is he came bussin  through the damn door ''WHAT THE HELL'' I said scared ''damn my bad didn't you where in here'' he said damn well knowing I was in here he sat on the toilet and just looked at me ''what'' I said laughing at him ''your just beautiful'' he said looking at his phone when he said that I blushed of course he told me that before but it felt different this time ''thank you'' I said laying back in the tub my hone went off kentrel picked up my phone I guess it was Jayden cause he made a face that could kill ''this fuck nigga still messing with you'' he said looking at me now ''no kentrel he's not messing with me'' I said playing with the bubbles in my bath he just looked at me for a minute before putting my phone in his face as if he was face timing someone ''hey beautif-'' Jayden said and before he could finish his sentence kentrel said ''stop fucking texting and calling her nigga I'm not playing with you'' he said in a serious tone I laughed a little because it wasn't a big deal ''she can tell me if she want me to leave her alone'' kentrel looked at me and turned the phone my way I laughed at him because he can't be for real ''tell him'' well damn he is serious ''Jayden can you stop texting and calling me please'' I said in a calm tone not even looking at the phone ''queen you don't have to do what-'' he was cut off by kentrel turning the phone around and saying ''she said stop bye'' he said with a smile at the end and hung up in his face ''know that's over with'' he said putting my phone back down I just looked at him a started to laugh. We where know in bed just laying there talking ''you think we'll ever get out of here'' he said ''I mean yeah kentrel look around you, things don't last forever at some point a change is going to come but it have to start with us'' I said he just stared off in space until he started talking again ''I want us to live in a mansion far away from everyone else just... us living off my basket ball career and your make up career no drugs or dirty work'' he said I looked at him and agreed kentrel wanted to be a famous basketball player and for me I wanted to do make up was good at it to ''I like that idea pinky promise'' I said holding up my pinky he laughed and did the same ''promise'' he said and we went to sleep. (4 months later) it's been good between us, we'll be in class and like always we would get in trouble because kentrel was always loud, mya and I are post to go to the study room because test season is coming up like kentrel he never study but can pass weird I was home looking after lay while my dad went to work "come on lay we got to go" I yelled out I went to see what was taking her so long and when I reached her room she was on the floor shaking violently ''OMG GOSH LAY'' I yelled running to her I picked her up and she was still shaking ''AYE QUEEN YALL READY'' I heard kentrel yell he was coming in unit he saw me holding lay in my arms ''CALL THE AMBULANCE'' I yelled and he did that and I picked up my phone and called my dad ''hey everything ok'' my dad said ''NO LAY IS HERE SHAKING REAL BADLY''I said crying ''WHAT IM ON MY WAY IT'S OK HONEY I'M COMING'' he said before hanging up I was now crying and rocking back and fourth with her still in my arms kentrel came in said they where on there way he came beside me hugged me and told me it's ok and that she'll be ok ''I CAN'T LOSE HER KENTREL... I  JUST CAN'T'' I said the ambulance came in and took her ''come on I'll drive you to the hospital'' he said I grabbed everything and left and told my das where she was. Everyone was in the lobby me kentrel his dad and mine, my dad cried himself to sleep he was always trying to stay strong for us and this was something new to me I've never seen my dad I remember the day lay was born I was so happy even though I lost my mom I felt like lay was still her just through another body or life. Kentrel and his dad was also sleep I was the only one up I lifted my head off of kentrel lap and went to get  water when I did I felt the urge to cough for some reason and when I did there was blood.....i was coughing up blood I went to the bathroom immediately and started to cough up blood frantically. Everything was going good and now this as if we can't have no break. When I was elementary I was becoming sick I had the same thing my mother had I guess it was passed down to me, my dad found out the day I had passed out in class and was coughing up blood badly I was diagnosed with TB it's a disease that messes with my respiratory system and makes me cough up blood it eventually kills you if you don't take care of it I never told kentrel because at the time him and his dad was dealing with that fact that his  mom left them without any word I cleaned myself up and left the bathroom to only the doctor talking to my dad ''is she ok'' I said my dad looked at me and shook his head yes and big weigh was lifted off my chase I don't think my dad can have another heart break the doctor came and told us it was a panic attack great now something else to worry about they wanted to keep just in case it happened again we went back to the lobby and in my tracks I turned around because  felt like someone was watching me I ignored it and kept walking. I saw kentrel get up and come over to me ''is she ok'' I went to him and hugged him and told him she was ok ''she had a panic attack'' I said moving back a little bit ''you want me to take you home'' he asked I shook my head no ''my dad need me right now'' I said he said ok, he kissed my cheek and told me to take care said ok and went to my dad ''she's ok dad'' I told him he looked at me and told me ''I can't loss y'all, I only have y'all nobody else I just can't loss you guys'' he said breaking down I never seen my dad like this it was heart breaking ''apart you having TB and panic attacks lay now have them I feel like I just failed y'all'' he said still crying ''it's not your fault dad you did everything to make sure we was ok look at you and Mr. Packwood y'all raised us when our mother's where gone kentrel even takes care of lay and me when y'all are at work'' I said my dad was my superhero he did everything to make sure we where ok he was sacrificing for us and I thanked him for that that night we went home and stayed together. Days later and lay was finally coming home my dad have been taking days off due to lay and his boss gets that we where in the car when I received a text from kentrel saying to tell lay hey and hope she's better I texted back ok ''lay kentrel said hey and you get better'' I told her ''tell my boyfriend I say heyyy'' she said my dad looked at her ''lay don't get put back in that hospital'' he said laughing ''oh I forgot that's queen boyfriend'' she said ''ugh no where just really good friends'' I said looking at her ''yes it is momma told me'' she said, me and dad looked at each other with the most shocked expression ''ugh lay where did you hear that'' I asked her ''when I was in your arms I saw mom next to you and kentrel and she had her hand on your shoulder saying I was ok but you couldn't hear her'' she said I could tell I was gonna cry but didn't I looked in front and saw my dad had a unreadable expression we was home and lay went straight to her room and me and dad just sat in the living and we couldn't find a way to say what just happened ''umm....that was something'' I said, my dad couldn't even believe what lay said her seeing mom was something out of the box ''you think she really saw her'' I asked ''maybe....how about we leave that alone ok we need to get some sleep'' he got up and kissed my for head and told me goodnight and I told him goodnight also I got up and went to my room and saw kentrel sitting on my bed ''hey good looking what's cooking'' he said ''you corny as fuck you know that'' I told him ''yeah I know. everything ok'' he asked I didn't want to worry him so I went and told him I was ok. Kentrel was sleep I just looked at him while he was sleep I got out of bed and went to the kitchen and brought out a pill bottle I had this to help with my TB it was all I had, it would slow done the process instead so I would take it even though it wasn't necessary I looked at the pill bottle as if it was my enemy I hated this but I couldn't do anything I put the bottle back and went out the house so I could get some fresh air. When I was out there it was quiet, it would be summer soon and  I couldn't wait all us where post to go to Atlanta and go to six flags I was anxious when I was gonna get up and go back inside someone pulled up in front of kentrel's house when ī saw the person get out it was a female I don't know who it was but it's good that his dad is getting back in the game. I went back inside and laid back down with kentrel ''where you went'' he said wrapping his arm around my waist and making sure his face was in my neck ''I went outside to get some fresh that's all'' I said he made a noise telling me that he went back to sleep and then after laying there I went to sleep.
