I was in class taking notes when I seen Emilia and Mark come in how many times do I have to tell this fool that she's a freshmen but noooo he doesn't want to listen ''wassup fool'' Mark said coming over and dapping me up ''nothing much why are y'all late'' I said removing his arm from around Emilia ''we stop to get some food chill out'' I just rolled my eyes and looked at Emilia ''and you don't fuck up this year you hear me'' I told her she said ok and they sat down I got a text from Queen saying that she was going to be late so that meant she wasn't coming to next period I texted her back telling her ok and that I give her the notes for class. Me and Mark was in next period doing nothing since it was free period for us since all our teachers is give us notes and we don't do anything ''so what's this I hear about someone is coming after us'' Mark said popping a chip in his mouth I nodded looking at my phone ''so you ain't afraid'' he asked still his chips ''nope'' I said popping the P I wasn't scared cause if they wanted to do something they would have done something ''I'm not worried about that what I'm worried about is Queen birthday which is tomorrow'' I said looking up from my phone and with a big smile on my face ''I bet that shit gonna be so lit I can just imagine it now'' he said getting up and dancing like a old school person I started laughing ''nigga you a fool'' I said ''Mr. Peterson sit please'' she said not looking up ''I ain't no damn dog and damn don't use my government name the fuck'' he said whispering it ''what was that now'' she said now looking up ''oh nothing I was just saying how you're the best teacher ever'' he said with the fakest smile ever she just rolled her eyes and went back to what she was doing I just laughed at him. I was in lunch when I received a text from queen saying she was in the bathroom and to meet her and like the real nigga I am I went to her ''damn why you just getting here'' I asked her all she did was push me out the bathroom ''I meant for you to wait for me not come inside duh'' she said laughing I grabbed her and brought her into a kiss it  ''ok ok'' she said pulling back ''so are we holding practice meeting today'' she said I totally forgot about that since I've been busy ''yeah we can I'll let Mark get everybody together it'll be better if we did it for the pep rally instead because you know we have to announce freshmen king an queen and all that you know'' I told her she thought about since pep rally was today I bet that's why she came late in fact ''why where you late'' I asked her then I looked her over and saw she had her duffle bag and then she had her make up done this girl ''I had to get ready for pep rally you know the fact that the football and basketball team have a game coming up but we all know that the basketball team is carrying this school forreal'' she said handing me her bag ''you true bout that now come on so we can finish today and do this thing.......oh shit'' I said looking at her ''don't even worry I went by your house and got some clothes cause trust me I know you'' she said this why I love this girl now I pulled her in and kissed her. I was in the bathroom changing for the pep rally and I ain't going to lie either this shit clean it was one of my suites that I bought with Queen it was a dark grey vest and some black pants I put on my chains and fixed myself before I went out to wait for them to announce my name this was nothing new every captain of anything had to present for the new classes since seniors are leaving they presented the football team captain Oscar he was a cool person new at what he was doing but still a noobie to become a captain Mark could've been captain but no he always show up late to practice and one time he said that he don't want to be alone on the football team I was like nigga we still see each other  but I didn't even care then they called out for me and like a real nigga I got up there and everyone started to cheer for me who can blame them then they called queen and when I tell you she came out with her make up looking good and then her outfit it was a like a solid color sundress it was strapless and it was tight fitted like and I was like damn I went over to her and grabbed her hand and brought her up to where we where I kissed her and went back to my area. ''Now as everybody now captains comes and picks there next class captains'' the man said everybody came up that was on the teams where I saw Emory and Emilia in the group Oscar went up and picked up someone that I didn't even now then it was my turn I went up to Emory and told him he earned it I gave him the jersey and told him to make me proud we dapped each other up and I went to sit down Queen was next she had her cheer outfit in her hand and went to Emilia and gave it to her she exchanged some words and hugged her and sat down ''WELL THERE YOU HAVE IT THE NEXT CLASS OF CAPTAINS GIVE IT UP TO THE TWINS AND KEVIN JOHNSON'' he said we got up and went to them and bowed I hated that why the hell did we have to bow to them they ain't king and queens, the rest of the day we just had fun and talked Queen acted as If  she was done with cheerleading the way she would talk about it and all the events we had going on but for me I was still going to play until I leave ain't nobody kick me off I felt a tap on my shoulder and when I looked back I saw mark with a worried expression on his face I got up and told him to meet me in the back. ''they did what'' I asked ready to straggle someone ''they came to the trap and stole everything our shipments and money'' he said I threw the bottle I had in my hand to the ground making it smash into pieces ''FUCKK'' I yelled out I saw mark flinch a little and step back I saw everybody come running our way damn I was that loud I thought I saw Queen running this way ''babe you ok we heard glass shatter and you yell'' she said then right behind her there was Emilia and Emory coming to I then calmed myself off and looked at her I grabbed her hand and smiled a little I wasn't gonna tell the girl I'm in love with that all my shipments are gone and that I have people wanting to kill me and the people I love ''nothing I just hit my hand'' I told her she looked at me like really bitch ''you yelled that loud cause you hit your hand'' she said looking at me dumb ''yeah, um hey I'll see you home me and mark are gonna leave ok'' I told her she wanted to say something but instead she looked down and looked up at me and then gave me a weak smile and left Emilia followed her while Emory came to me ''what was that about'' he asked ''nothing'' I told him leaving. Me and mark was now at the trap I looked around saw how trashed it was I was furious I wanted to kill someone I looked at Mark and he had a blank expression on his face he just stood there as if everything was done for I went to him ''aye you good'' I asked he didn't answer so I started to shake him a little ''aye Mark'' I said he looked up yo me ''oh shit I didn't know you was right here'' he said ''you good'' I asked him again I felt like something was bothering him ''yeah everything good'' he told me I saw him dig in his pockets and leave I heard a crumble of paper but I left it alone ''yo this, this here it's over for them I'm killing them on sight for now on I tried to be calm and collective with them but now its war'' I told him grabbing my gun ''let's go''. I was coming in Queen's window when she stopped me ''what the hell are you doing'' she asked ''what it looks like I'm coming in'' I said laughing she gave me a serious look ''what are you hiding'' she asked me I froze what the hell I thought ''I'm not hiding anything'' I told her ''your lying I know you Kentrel I know when your lying and when your hiding something'' she said I sucked my teeth ''come on Queen I'm not hiding anything just let me in'' I told her ''no until you tell me the truth your staying out bye Ken'' she said closing the window ''really Queen come on'' I said I am truly fucked right now.
