ANDREA

"Did i heard it right?" Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko. "Please tell me i'm not dreaming."

"You are not." He smiled and rested his forehead on mine. I close my eyes when his nose brush my nose. It makes me feel sleepy. "That special someone i'm talking about is you, Andrea."

"K-kailan pa?"

"It was started when i first laid my eyes on you." Sagot niya. Naidilat ko bigla ang mga mata ko. Noon pa? "I'm already yours since then."

"But why? Kung noon pa, why are you so distant? You will just sat in the corner and read some books. You didn't approached me like Kuya Xyro did?" Naguguluhan kong tanong.

"Because i don't want you to treat or see me like a brother. I want more than that, Andrea." I was stunned with his answer. Lumayo siya ng bahagya sakin saka niya hinaplos ang pisngi ko. "I acted like i didn't care but deep inside i truly care for you. You thought i'm just reading some books? No, the truth is i'm secretly watching you. And we're just so young back then kaya hindi muna ako lumapit sayo. I'm even jealous by my own brother because he managed to make you smiled pero pinigilan ko ang sarili ko and waited for the right time. At isa pa i want you to grow and experience things first that's why i distant myself."

Muling tumulo ang mga luha ko. Hindi dahil sa lungkot, it was because of happiness. Parang gamot ang mga salita niya na binura ang sakit na nararamdaman ko sa aking puso. I felt his sincerity in every words he said.

"But i can't hold back anymore. I already want to show how important you are to me." He wiped my tears and smiled again bago niya ako bitawan at harapin ang steering wheel. "I will show you something."

"Ha? Ano yun?" I curiously asked.

"You'll see." He smirked bago niya paandarin ang kotse.

Hindi na ako sumagot pa. Ilang segundo pa akong nakatingin sakanya bago nakangiting bumaling sa bintana. I can't stopped myself from smiling though. This feels so unreal.

I thought i won't be able to reached him. I thought he's already out of reach but he made it possible. He let me to reach him. He let me to hold him.

Kung panaginip lang ang lahat ng ito ayaw ko ng magising pa. Napatingin ako sa kamay ko and pinched myself to make sure. Napanguso ako ng makaramdam ng sakit pero maya maya lang ay napahagikhik ako.

This is real. This is the reality.

"What's funny?"

Nilingon ko si Xion. I bit my lower lip and shook my head. Pero.. Oo nga pala. Napahawak ako sa labi ko.

"T-that's my first kiss." I mumbled to myself. But it seems like Xion heard me.

"It's your second."

"Second? What do you mean?" Kunot noo kong tanong.

Nginitian niya lang ako saka tumingin sa labas. The car suddenly stopped.

"We're here." Tumingin din ako sa labas and to my surprise nasa harapan kami ng isang botanical garden. Sa sobrang paghanga ko sa garden ay hindi ko na namalayan ang paglabas ni Xion sa kotse. Nakita ko nalang siya sa gilid ko nang buksan niya ang pintuan. Inilahad niya ang kamay sakin. "Let's go?"

Tumango ako saka inabot ang kamay niya. Inalalayan niya naman ako palabas ng kotse. Sinigurado niya muna na nakalock na ito bago niya ako iginaya papunta sa entrance ng botanical garden.

Nang nasa mismong harapan na ko ay bigla niyang binitawan ang kamay ko kaya napatingin ako sakanya. He smiled to me.

"May kukunin lang ako."
