We ended up eating at Giligan's. It's a Filipino Restaurant since kuya missed filipino foods so papa suggested na dun nalang daw kami kumain.
After eating, they decided to go home already kasi may aasikasuhin pa si mama sa company while my father's going to meet his client in the firm.
Mama is a Fragrance Chemist and has a company that she owns while papa is a Criminal Lawyer. Papa also owns a law firm. They're both busy but they still manage to take care of me.
"Pa, paki drop nalang ako sa school please." I said. Sayang kasi ang oras kung sa bahay lang ako eh pwede pa naman ako mag half day ngayon.
Malapit lang naman yung school kaya I still have 15 minutes before our first period in the afternoon starts. I'm a graduating highschool student kaya marami kaming deadlines na kailangang tapusin and malapit na ang final examination namin.
One month to go and graduate na ako sa impyernong yun at makakapag simula na ako ng bagong buhay next school year.
"Can't you see your current situation? You still have the guts to go to your school knowing what happened earlier?" Mama said while crossing her arms and glowering at me.
"Ma, the doctor said that I'm fine. Don't worry that much." Sabi ko dahil hindi naman siya maniniwala kapag sabihin kong okay lang ako.
"Kahit na! Your kuya hasn't checked you yet." She's overreacting again.
"I can check her after school, Ma. Just allow her." Kuya said trying to convince mama.
"Papa, oh! He's spoiling his sister. Pagsabihan mo nga." Parang bata ngayon si mama na namamaktol.
Papa just shrugged his shoulders and pulled a face. Hinampas siya ni mama dahil sa inis pero wala naman na siyang magawa dahil lumiko na si papa papuntang school.
When we reached there, I kissed papa's cheeks and when I turned to mama, she's frowning.
"Sige, kunsintihin niyo pa." She rolled her eyes. She must be really annoyed.
I kissed her cheeks and laughed at her.
"Be home early, okay?" Kuya said. I nodded and kissed his cheeks too.
Pagkalabas ko ng sasakyan, dali-dali akong pumunta sa classroom since I only have 5 mins left before our first period starts. Nag elevator nalang ako kasi nakakahingal if I'll take the stairs.
Nung maka pasok ako sa classroom ay wala pa ang teacher namin kaya kinuha ko ang libro mula sa bag ko. I searched for it pero hindi ko mahagilap.
Baka naiwan ko sa sasakyan. Malapit ko na sanang matapos yun eh. I just looked for my earphones and wore it. I actually don't have any music in my phone. Hindi naman kasi ako mahilig dun. I just wear it para hindi ako kausapin ng ibang tao.
"4 years na siya dito pero ganyan pa rin siya. Ulit-ulit naman yung binabasa niya." My classmate said.
"Watch and learn how I'm gonna ruin her again later." Lusigh said in a boastful manner.
Pinabayaan kona lang ang narinig ko dahil sanay naman na ako sa kanya. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ganyan siya sakin palagi eh hindi ko naman siya pinapaki-alaman. Imbis na patulan siya palagi, pinapabayaan ko na lang.
I don't wanna fight back. Hindi dahil sa takot ako pero I just don't want to be rude. Life is short and everyday we only have 86, 400 seconds. Kung kukunin niya ang 60 seconds ko para badtrip-in ako, edi kunin niya nalang. Wala akong balak pumatol dahil kung papatol ako, another second will be wasted so just let it be.
