"Hey, wake up."
I've been to Baguio before pero bata pa ako nun and sa hotel lang talaga kami nag stay nila kuya dahil nabulilyaso ang supposed to be trip namin. Dad wasn't around that time dahil may kaso siyang hina-handle so me and my brothers ended up staying all day at the hotel watching TV.
Pagpasok namin ay wala masyadong tao. Siguro dahil lunch time and hindi pa naman summer.
I ran to the wooden designed cement fence.
Nalula ako at parang bumaliktad yung sikmura ko kaya medyo napalayo ako. I heard him chuckle.
"First time?" He asked and leaned at the fence.
"Baguio, nope but here, yes." I said while enjoying the view in front of me.
"You've been to Baguio but you've never been here? That's impossible." He said with a hint of doubt in his voice.
"It is possible. We went here when I was younger but our itinerary got ruined because of my mother's emergency meeting." I said as I closed my eyes to feel the cold breeze of air touching my face.
Napangiti ako ng wala sa oras. I thought I'll never be able to feel calm as this. The thought made me happy.
"You look better wearing that." He said kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.
"This one?" I pointed at my glasses.
"Nevermind." He said and faced the view again.
Or is he pertaining to my outfit? I'm wearing a white spaghetti strap top tucked in a highwaisted denim skinny jeans with a minimal rip on the knee part and white sketcher shoes. I'm also wearing a cardigan kasi hindi pwede sa church ang naka sleeveless.
"I love the view." I whispered to myself pero malakas ata pandinig niya.
"Hindi mo kailangan magpaligoy-ligoy. Pwede mo naman sabihin sakin directly ang 'I love you'." He said and chuckled.
"Kapal mo."
"But as I've said. I don't date minors. Sorry." Napakahangin!
But if that's the case, edi hintayin niyang mag debut ako. Charot. Napakalandi mo inner self.
"It's already 1:30 PM. Lunch na tayo." He said.
"Mamaya na. Minsan lang 'to." I said without looking at him.
