"Marie? is that you?" M'gann asked as she heard the front door slam, "Are you okay, honey? What's wrong?"

"NOTHING!" The fifteen-year-old yelled, stomping upstairs.

M'gann stared after  her daughter, usually she just flew upstairs. She was probably trying to create a scene by being overdramatic. Yes, that was it. But wait, why was she home now? Usually she loved staying up at the Watchtower with the rest of the team, she almost never came home early.

"Marie, what's wrong?" M'gann opened the door to Marie's room and sat down next to Marie, who was curled up in a ball in the corner.

"I told you, nothing," Marie muttered.

"It's obviously not "Nothing" if you're making such an effort to hide it from me," M'gann reasoned.

Marie sighed and looked up at her ceiling, which was painted to look like the night sky. It even had Mars and all the other planets labeled.

"Dra'gaan was flirting with me today. Again."

"Honey, it's just because he likes you-"

"This isn't liking it...it's patronizing. Like he's doing it to mock me. Besides, you know I like Orion...."

The door opened and closed downstairs, "M'gann! Clark and I are home!" Connor yelled upstairs.

Marie looked  up suddenly, her face brightening with realization. She jumped up and flew down the hall- literally.

"DAAAAD! Dra'gaan was flirting with me again today!!"

M'gann sighed and stood in Marie's doorway, waiting to hear Connor's reply. At the moment, it sounded like he was trying to stay calm.

"M'GANN!!! WHERE ARE MY SHEILDS?" Connor yelled at last, "I NEED TO HAVE A TALK WITH LA'GAAN!"

Lets hear it for next-generation shipping!!! (More will probably come with Orion later) And I'm pretty sure that you all can guess who Dra'gaan's dad is XD.
