after hurting my abdomen and wiping my tears from so much laughter because of minhyuk's stories, i realized that we had forgotten the cold air and the dark sky.

"yah, you seem to be having a blocked nose already." minhyuk noticed from the way i sounded and from my constant sniffling.

"actually, yes haha." i gently rubbed on my nose.

"why didn't you say your colds were getting worse? aish.. let's go." minhyuk shook his head and stood up from his swing.

"does it even look like i'm suffering though? i was totally having a great time talking to you and i wanted you to go on, so i sincerely forgot to mind my blocked nose." i spoke back to him and stood up as well.

minhyuk smiled and quickly adjusted his jacket on me to make sure it was covering me and warming me up well.

"to wrap up our time today, let's snap a picture then." he suggested and quickly took his phone out.

minhyuk and i took a selfie together, and afterwards, he suddenly pointed the camera towards me and started snapping solo pictures of me.

"haha, yah! i'm in my haggard state right now! stop that!" i laughed as he started taking the pictures.

"haggard? i don't think that exists in your dictionary at all." he joked and snapped a few more before showing me.

i looked at the pictures minhyuk took and realized that i actually looked fine enough.

"aigoo, on second thought how ugly indeed." minhyuk scrunched his face and teased me a bit more.

"yah!" i immediately slapped his arm.

"aish, so ugly.. oh well, let's go back inside. it's almost 8:00 pm now." minhyuk pretended to shiver and slowly slid his phone back in his pocket.

"heol, are you totally fine with being out this late? i forgot to bring my phone with me so i completely lost track of time."

"psh, you call this late? i would sometimes even have a drink with jooheon at 10 in the evening. we go out during stressful days and nights."

"really? for a 19 year old like you, what is there even to stress about so much that you have to grab a drink in the middle of night?" i slightly teased him.

"nothing much actually.. just this and that. thankfully, i have no deep or real problems unlike the other kids but i do get stressed easily from school. besides, jooheon and i just enjoy drinking out together and then heading to the karaoke bar after." he shrugged.

minhyuk and i continued walking side by side each other while in deep conversation. as soon as we finally reached my small dorm, i turned to face him to bid my goodbyes properly.

"minhyuk-ah, thanks for today and for the effort to see me. i'm actually glad i got to know you better and laugh heartily because of you." i smiled at him.

"well, i always knew you were funny because of our chats before this, but today, you almost made me forget i was actually sick." i quickly added.

"i had a great time talking with you as well. have dinner quick now and rest early. i'll see you tomorrow, okay?" he spoke.

"yup, see you tomorrow. goodbye!" i waved my hand which he did as well and i finally entered my dorm room.

i closed the door and leaned my back on it with my smile not bothering to leave my face. quickly, i hit my head with my fist to snap out of it and go look around my dorm to prepare dinner already.
