"ah, wait! i forgot to bring my wallet!" i paused on my tracks as i realized what i had missed.

"aigoo!" yujin shook her head while i chuckled apologetically.

today finally came our academy day, and apparently, yujin was one of the students who had looked forward to it the most. the students were now basically free to roam around the campus and visit various booths and pop-up stores.

"let's go back to your classroom." minhyuk offered.

"really? you guys will come along?" my eyes lit up, looking at the three of them.

"yes he said we will, so let's go! the shawarma place has a lot of customers and i swear if we end up lining far back, i'm gonna lose my mind!"

i smiled and started walking at a faster pace than the three of them so that i wasted lesser time. the moment i reached the classroom, i got in hurriedly trying to rush towards my seat.

i started fishing for my wallet inside my school bag but suddenly, i noticed three small envelopes placed at the top of my arm chair.

"hmm? what are these?" i wondered.

i quickly grabbed my wallet and picked up the three letters in my hand, staring at them in disbelief.

"guys! did the humss students drop love letters here already?" i asked my classmates.

"oh yeah, they did! i placed those letters on your chair because they were asking where you were but you already came out of the classroom a while ago." one of my classmates answered.

"ohh, thank you!" i smiled at her and looked at the letters i received.

i recognized that one was from yujin but then i started to wonder where the other two came from.

"yah jung soo yi! faster!" yujin yelled from the outside.

"coming!!" i immediately slipped my wallet in the pocket of my uniform and decided to bring the letters with me in my hand.

"mhm... heaven." yujin closed her eyes as she savored the taste of her food.

minhyuk, jooheon, and i were currently seated inside the cafeteria because there were too many people outside. apparently, we all bought the same shawarma wrap as yujin did because she was just so eager to recommend it to us.

"agh! yaaah, this taste! i can never get tired of just eating this." jooheon exclaimed.

i enjoyed my food silently but i surely did agree with the two. however, i kept biting mindlessly on the wrap until i soon realized that i accidentally ate the paper.

"oh-" i quickly looked at the small bite on my paper wrap weirdly but decided to just keep chewing to swallow it immediately instead of taking it out my mouth in front of the three.

"i wonder when they'll distribute the letters already. i can't wait to see what soo yi and i wrote for each other." yujin pouted.

i looked at minhyuk and jooheon and caught them exchanging brief glances at each other.

"actually... i received mine now." i spoke.

yujin widened her eyes at me and immediately straightened up on her seat.

"really?! do you have it? show me!" she extended her hand out.

hesitantly, i took three letters out of my pocket.
