In the morning we wake up so see people starting to gather at the beach. It's kinda chilly and I don't get why people come to the beach when it's like this. Nick points to a bag feet away from us, "We need clothes." He says. I shake my head, "We can't steal clothes." I whisper. "It's not call stealing, it's called borrowing. And if we stay in this clothes they're going to notice we came from some mental hospital thing."

He's right. We do look like crazy kids right now in this hospital clothes. "They're in the water anyways. Come on." He gets up and shakes sand off him, I walk behind him as the sand tickles my feet. It's warm. "Hey, tell me if anybody's watching. Okay?" I nod as he looks for clothes. He grabs something and then he moves to another bag then grabs something else.

"Come on let's go." We grab our shoes and walk up the stairs to the street. "Where are we going now?" I ask as he hands me clothes. "We need to buy airplane tickets. The doctors probably already told our parents. They must be looking for us. Let's go change over here." He walks behind a building and starts taking off his clothes. I look away feeling myself blush.

"Okay done." I look at what hes wearing now. Shorts and a pale blue shirt. He turns around as I quickly change into a skirt and a pink shirt. I feel naked. "You can see my scars." I whisper, he looks down at my thighs. "Not much." He says.

We get in a taxi and ask them to take us to the closet airport. The man of course hesitates until Nick shows him the money.

The airport is big and everybody here has suitcases. We look odd just walking in here like we're in a vacation. Nick walks over to a lady, "Your plane tickets please." Nick clears his throat, "We- we don't have any." The lady raises an eyebrow, "Then I'm afraid you can't get in a plane sir."

"Can't we buy some? We need two. To California." I look over at Nick. He's going to California too? I thought after this we would go separate ways. Nick and the lady argue for like five minutes until she finally agrees to sell us two plane tickets. We sit down and wait for them to call our name flight. "You're coming to California too?"

"Y-yeah." He says looking down at his lap. "Why?" I ask. He plays with his fingers for a bit. "Because let's be realistic, we don't know for sure you're going to find that guy." Oh that's right, I never told him Anthony's name. Or my story. "His name is Anthony. And I know I probably won't find him. But why come with me?"

"If you don't find him, you're going to be alone. And if I'm with you, at least you won't be alone. I know you probably don't want my company, but anythings better than being alone right?" I smile sadly, "Yeah. I guess. Thank you."

"You're welcome." A voice calls our flight name and we walk to the plane. It's pretty big, not to mention I've never been in an airplane before. We pick seats in the middle, about thirty minutes later a lady comes and offers us some yogurt and crackers.

Nick and I attack the you hurt and crackers because we haven't ate anything since last night. I look out the window and smile big.

Anthony, I'm coming to you.
