//Third P.O.V/// (BEFORE NEWT ESCAPED THE MAZE)
“Let go of me! LET GO!” Selenia screams from the top of her lungs. “LET GO YOU BASTARD OR I’ll…!”
“What? What are you going to do, bite me? Oooh, scary.”
“Look, Mark, I don’t know what do you want, but you need to LET GO OF ME!”
Mark tightness his grip and Selenia gasps. His grip is too tight, it hurts. Mark is walking downstairs, dragging Selenia with him. Selenia is trying to look around, maybe she will escape and return the maze, go back to Newt… Newt. How is he doing? Is he alive?
“Look,honey. I don’t know what the fuck you’ve been thinking….-” Mark starts to day
“Well, I’ve been thinking about Newt and his big co*k.” Selenia says and smirks when she sees the shocked look on his face.
“...And I don’t care, but what you’ve done is stupid. You mother is so furious with you, she has been thinking about killing you. You need to lie and tell her that you did all of this for fun. Maybe because you were bored or something.”
“Why would I do that?” Selenia asks. Suddenly, out of nowhere Mark stops and turns to face her. He is pretty handsome… ‘STOP!’ Selenia thinks. ‘Mark is NOT handsome, Newt IS. Mark is good-looking, but NEWT IS HANDSOME.’
“Because I don’t want you to die, okay? I wanna protect you.” Mark leans closer and kisses her forehead. She takes a step away and Mark smirks. This is his favourite part about Selenia. She is a catch and not an easy one. She shines as brightly as the sun and is as dark as the night is.
“No, you don’t. I wanna be with Newt, OKAY?”
“You’ll understand everything later, okay? Just play along with me!”
“What you mean?! Where are you taking me?”She asks when Mark slams the door open. They are in a big white studio filled with people in white coats. Selenia sees a big screen with her name on it. She doesn’t need to read what is says, her seeing the grey colour in it is enough - they are going to kill her. Is this why Mark brought her here? To kill her?
“Selenia.” She looks to right and sees her mother. ‘This is it.’ She thinks. ‘She is going to kill me.’ Selenia feels something in her hand. It’s Mark’s hand, he is holding her hand and squeezing it. Suddenly, she knows that what Mark said is true: He wants to protect her.
“Look what I found.” Marks says and pulls Selenia closer. She smiles at him and kisses his jaw-line. Her mom looks beyond shocked but kinda happy. ‘This is what she wants.’ Selenia thinks.
“Mom, I’m so sorry.” Selenia says. “What I did was completely reckless, I was acting so childish, I’m so sorry. I don’t know what got into me.”
“Love.” Her mother says. Selenia starts to laugh and she sees Mark smiling at her reaction.
“Love? You think what I did was for Newt? Oh mother, you should know me better. I was angry at Mark, so I chose to hurt him, I just wanted to revenge all the lies, cheating, beating me up with a chair…”
“That’s enough, honey.” Mark says. “But I’m glad we are just fine now, right?” Selenia’s mom smiles a cold smile and turns away. Selenia looks at the screen and sees that her name is still grey. Than she sees something even more terrible.
Chuck’s, Thomas’s, Minho’s, Frypan’s and Gally’s names are grey too.
And Newt’s name…
“Excuse us.” Selenia says and steps out of the room with Mark following her like a lost poppy.
“That’s it.” She says. “They are going to kill me, all my friends and they.. They are going to kill him.”
“I have an idea. I have a way to stop her.” Mark says and tries to comfort Selenia by hugging her. But what he doesn’t know is that she wants Newt’s comfort, Newt’s hugs.

“I need to WHAT?” She screams. Mark just explained his idea to stop her mother. “I CAN NOT DO THAT.”
“Yes, you can and you WILL. I’m right here.” Mark pulls Selenia down to sit on his lap. Selenia feels slightly uncomfortable before she realises something… He… He is right. He is so good and so… Safe.
“You know what? You are right. You’ve been right for the whole time. I belong here… With you. And I can do it… But only if I have you with me.”
“I’m right here baby.” Mark says and pulls Selenia even closer. “I’ve been here since I remember.”
“I love you.” Selenia says.
“I love you more.” Mark answers and slowly kisses her.
A/N: GLADERS, I’m BACK. Muahaha, get ready to cry, scream, yell, scream more and mostly likely, GET READY TO HATE ME, coz bae, I’m gonna make NEWT suffer like a little bit*h. And then I’m gonna kill him.
