I sat in my office going through file after file. My office was located at the top floor of the company building which had eighteen floors. My office was spacious with the wall painted cream. It's decor was basically black and white. The big mahogany table that had a desktop,a pen holder and few other office items. Behind the table Ofcourse was my chair which backed the dark curtains that hide the glass wall that gives a very nice view of the city considering the heights of the building, standing from my office one could see the third main land bridge from a far from a nice point of view. In the middle of the office was a small living area with a mini fridge in one side.

It had been  a week after the company's anniversary and alot had gone down during that short period of time, not for me per say but the Cookers.

For starters, the embarrassing video of Shade wearing similar outfits with my staffs was everywhere. All social media platform was buzzing with the gist. It went on TV too when b'cos channels like urban spice were also there to cover the event and that little fiasco didn't go unnoticed by them.  Let's just say Shade Cooker was made a laughing stock for a couple of days before everyone moved on to next latest gist.  Typical Nigerians.

Shola also didn't have a wonderful week. Apparently the calls he had received at the party were something I'd like to describe as distress calls. I heard a fight broke  out at his restaurant in Port-harcourt. News had it that it was a clash between two cultists group. The leaders of the groups were said  to have bumped into each other at the restaurant and b'cos of their hatred for each other they started  fighting and even calling their members for backup, causing an uproar in the restaurant, making other customers flee for their lives and they ended up destroying afew things in the restaurant so it was shut down pending the time it gets renovated.

I'm sure Chief Cooker didn't get a single sleep throughout the week since the second distress call was to inform Shola that cow pat had miraculously found its way into the compound of Exquisite palace, one of the numerous hotels owned by the Cookers. Spread all around the place like a carpet and made the place smell awful. Hahahaa
The rich people that normally lodge there were definitely not pleased as many took to their social media pages tweeting and posting photos of the cowpie situation they encountered at the hotel.

On Monday, two days after the cowpie and fighting incidents, the Cookers were visited by the EFCC. There was a money laundering allegation against C.L.L. something about them laundering money for some drug dealers in lagos. The news was all over TV and it hadn't been good publicity for them.

I know what you're thinking,  Tiwa is responsible. The answer to that guess would be Yes and No. I was partly responsible for what had happen to them that week and at the same time I wasn't to be blamed for all the misfortunes that happened in the lives of the Cookers in just one week. I guessed they had bigger enemies than myself.

It doesn't take a genius to guess that i had intended for Shade's little humiliation.  I had Victoria contact Shade's designer which we came to know of through her Instagram. Obviously people like to tag their designers when posting photos in outfits designed by them.
We anonymously reached out to the designer and asked for the exact outfit that Shade Cooker recently made.

You see, just like every other lagos socialites I knew Shade would have a new dress made for the Anniversary party so there we were trying to get the designer to spill but she didn't,clearly trying to keep her favourite client style confidential. So we changed tactics and asked for her latest most expensive designs. When she showed Victoria the catalogue,Victoria without making her notice took a photo of the designs and sent them to me. When I saw the green piece I knew that was Shade's style so I instructed Victoria to make an offer to the designer. We offered double the price if she could make a certain number within the short notice and she agreed. Clearly money is everyone's favourite these days.
