Chapter 27: Brother

"Congratulations..." bulong ng mababang boses sa likuran ko habang ako naman  ay nakatitig sa isang maganda, mabenta, at kilalang painting nila dito.

Bahagya akong ngumisi at kinagat ang labi bago umikot para kumpirmahin kung siya ba talaga iyon.

He then grinned sweetly the moment our body suddenly touched and as our gaze met.

Mas lalo akong napangiti sa katikasan niya ngayon. Well, I admit he's good looking back then but seeing him right now? Right infront of me wearing his white inner shirt, open blue coat, and black jeans? I could honestly tell he became more manly and matured.

I'm pretty confident that if he just could hear my opinion to him right now, he'll just surely tease me to hell kaya hindi ko na 'din sinatinig. I smirked at my thought.

"Oh my gosh! Yao!" padarag ko siyang niyakap. He immediately embraced my naked back too before he chuckled playfully on my right ear.

"I missed you too, babe," he whispered with his usual tease. My grinned became wider. I guess Yao Fariñas didn't really changed, huh?

"Oh my gosh! I miss you, Yao..." bulong ko 'ding sagot bago kumalas sa yakap namin.

I still kind of surprised and awe even though he informed me already that he'll gonna visit and attend here. I know he have some priorities to do but he still managed kaya hindi ko mapigilan ang aking sarili!

He raised his brow when he heard me say those words back. Umakto pa siyang umatras para suriin ako. Nanigurado siguro kung ako nga ba talaga 'to. 

"Really? Did you miss me too?" pag-ulit niya pa, mangha, o di kaya'y naninibago. Or Yao's just making sure that I am saying honestly not playfully.

I can't help but to chuckled and rolled my eyes at that.

"Oo naman..." I answered with a warm smile this time. Hindi ko naman kasi kayang itanggi. It is true that I miss him!

"Right. I know you miss me too but..." he trailed off. Sinuri niya ako mula ulo hanggang paa ng nakakunot ang noo.

Bahagya rin tuloy akong napasulyap sa sarili at sa suot ko.

I'm wearing a champagne sleevless fitted long dress paired with my silver stilleto.

My front isn't that revealing too much of my skin and it just has some sparkling beige sequins, while my whole skin on the back were all exposed.

Though this is not pretty much expensive. I only bought this in cheap prize using my own money and this would also do for this kind of event so...

At tsaka sinakto at binagay ko na lang 'din naman sa content ng Exhibit na dinaluhan ko ngayong gabi. Thanks to Mari she was the one who introduced and encourage me to join in La Pincelada Exhibit.

"What's the matter?" napatanong ako kay Yao dahil nag tagal ang pananahimik niya. 

Yao then stared at me with confusion evident on his face. Napakunot rin tuloy ako ng noo.

"But you didn't grew taller at all..." dugtong niyang hindi ko nakuha 'nung una.

Ngumisi siya habang sinukat-sukat ang tangkad ko. Agad ko siyang pinagta-tampal sa braso.

He groaned when I did that. Tumawa ako habang sinisipat siya sa inis.

"Stop it! I didn't waste a goddamn ticket for this!" pagmamaktol niya ng naramdaman ang hapdi sa tampal ko.

"You didn't just came and flew here to tease me, don't you?" natatawa kong duro sa kaniya.

He smirked. Gosh! I really miss him! We only talked for the past years through skype and here he's now! Infront of me with his undying annoying ass!
