5: Exam

Chapter 5

It was 5:30 am when I heard my alarm so I turned it off. I'm still a little groggy from my sleep that I want to take a nap even just for 10 minutes.

"Argh baka malate ako hindi pwede." I said before getting up and fix the bed.

"Dalian mo dyan Krys! Magaalmusal ka pa." I heard my lola shouting from the kitchen. Maybe she's preparing my breakfast and also my lunch for today.

"Eto na nga po." I said before getting my towel and going to the bathroom.

I played the song I am You by Stray Kids before taking a bath. It's a part of my routine. I brushed my teeth and go upstairs to get dressed.

When suddenly I saw my brother....

'Looks like he's going to take a bath. He's up early today. Weird'

"Hoy kuya ang aga mo ata nagising?" I shouted at my brother that still looks disoriented. I laughed at him.

"Eh paki mo ba?" he said shouting back at me.

"Panget mo alis na nga dyan!" I pushed him lightly before heading to the room.

I don't have my own room. It's the master's bedroom. I'm sleeping at my lola's house which is just beside our house.

Why do I hate monday? It's because it's skirt day for the girls. I put on my cream colored blouse and a pencil cut black skirts. I also put my stockings and my ribbon. That's our school uniform.

I get my bag and my black heeled shoes before going out of the house. I saw my lola packing my lunch for today.

"Oh kumain ka na muna bago ka umalis para naman may laman yang sikmura mo." pangaral nya sa akin.

"Eto na nga po." I said before going in the kitchen.

Sumandok ako ng fried rice sa isang plate. Kumuha din ako ng sunny side up egg and hotdog. I got my 3-in-1 coffee for today also. I finished eating quickly because I don't want to be late.

"Thank you nay alis na po ako." I bid my farewell to my lola before leaving our house.

Pumara ako ng tricycle papunta sa kanto kung saan may sakayan ng jeep.

"BAYAN! MALOLOS! BSU! SAKAY NA!!!" sigaw ng barker ng jeep.

"Okay here we go again." I said to myself before crossing the street and getting inside the jeep.

I really hate monday because of our uniform. It really felt uncomfortable. Alam nyo yung parang tumataas minsan palda nyo tapos ang kati pa ng stockings? Argh!

I checked my wallet if I have coins so that I can pay the exact amount when I heard someone called me....
