Hey guys, it is an Author Note, I don't really like writing notes, and right now my story has 0 attention, but if it blows up one day like my other stories, I just want you guys to know English is not my first language.

I might have some cringey mistakes, sorry for them haha.. Enjoy! xx

11:59 a.m

I wake up, with excitement in me. I am boiling. I am literally burning. My hands are so warm and I still feel his hands on me.

It is like we are still so close.

I look at his empty bed and wonder.

I wonder.

I wonder.

I wonder..

"You healed my scars.."

I smile. The scars he had from punching the tree, healed with my touch.

This is magic. There is no another explanation.

You healed my scars.

You healed my scars.

I yawn as I walk towards his bed.

I sit on it, still smiling.

I wonder if I can heal the rope mark on his neck.

My heart aches..

He really killed himself.

It is more unbelievable now.

He looks so alive in my dreams.

He really does..

7:04 p.m

"Stop yelling at me."

Mia shuts the door behind her, giving me an angry look and harshly grabbing my arm.

"What the fuck are you doing Ethan?"

I roll my eyes.

"What are you even saying, you fucking piss me off."

"Oh? I am the one pisses you off? Well sorry for worrying about you, dickhead. Ethan! You have to realize how dangerous it is. Don't fucking make me regret."

Here we go again.

"I told you there is nothing to worry about. You have to find someone new to think about."

She pushes me to the wall, making me hit my back.

How the fuck she is so strong?

Or am I too weak nowadays?

"It had to be something you should have experienced for one night! It is dangerous! I don't fucking know who did you pray for but this is gonna end up really bad, Ethan. We have to do something! What if you can't wake up one day?!"

I look down.

What if I can't wake up one day?

Does that mean I can be with him forever?

Would I want it?

"..Plus.. You used to wake up way more early, how come you wake up in the afternoon nowadays?"

I scratch my head.

I already know why - because I am taking sleeping pills, but if I ever mention about this, Mia won't leave me alone til the day I die.

So I have to keep it as a secret.

I walk through the corridor and enter my kitchen, leaving her behind.

"Where are you going?! I am talking to you!"

"Chill, Mia. God damn it, drink some beer.. Jesus.."

I open my fridge and take a bottle of beer. I don't drink. But Aiko and Leo left them in the fridge  when we had a dinner a few nights ago.

"Ethan, I don't want to lose you too."

I sigh, opening the window to let the air in.

Summer evenings.

Beautiful sunset, nice weather and wave sounds.

I remember the day we bought this home with him.

He was so excited.

And he always wanted to have dinner on the balcony in summers.

But I always rejected him.

I smile.

I wonder what is he doing right now.

"You will not lose me, Mia. Stop talking bullshit. I told you everything is fine. I don't know why it happens every night, but I am sure there's a reason. It is all about fate or destiny or something like that."

"Okay but, I just don't want your story to end like that mom and her dead son. I don't know who you are communicating with in your sleep, but if you lose your control and let everything take over you, you won't be able to wake up."

I watch her sitting on the chair.

She is playing with her ring, breathing heavily.

I frown my brows, realizing I have never asked her how did she know about that tree.

"How did you know that the tree was magical?"

Sunset light takes over the whole room, giving me magical vibes.

She looks away, looking kind of upset.

Even.. hurt.

"I just knew.."

She stutters, grabbing her bag.

"Don't lie to me"

"I am not."

"Mia."

She sighs, staring at the ceiling.

I almost think she is trying not to cry.

What is going on, really..

"Fine," she says, taking a deep breathe. "But promise me it will stay between us."

I laugh, "Of course, what the heck? We are 22 years old, why would I tell something special for you to everyone?"

She giggles, tucking his hair behind her ear.

"I don't want to get in details, but basically.. ugh.. my mom died when I was little, and my dad missed her so dearly that he went to that tree to see her."

She opens the fridge, looking numb this time.

She takes a beer, still not looking at me.

"...And my dad told me about it as a fairytale. He used to tell me that story whenever I had struggle to sleep. Everything he told me was like a true beauty. It was magical the way he told me about his experience.

When I got older, he told me it was all real, and that he really saw my mom in his dreams several times. But he also told me that the more they got closer, the more my mom changed against him.

She tried to trick my dad to stay with her forever, which caused him to stuck. He told me that if I ever love someone that much, I should never forget what is right and what is wrong."
