after a previous disaster with rachel almost getting murdered, kurt had decided to get the glee club the substitute that had subbed his english class earlier in the week, which resulted in a lot of excited preparations.
"hey guys!" katy chimed as she walked through the door,
"stop!" puck yelled at her sticking out a hand to stop her moving any closer, katy stopped immediately, terrified that something was wrong, "is there a bug on me?" she whispered, scared, puck laughed and shook his head,
"nope, ive just buttered the floor and we all know you have trouble not slipping over as it is." explained puck, lifting her gently over the buttered area, though rachel wasn't so lucky.
"did someone say something about a substitu....!!" she questioned, slipping and falling onto her backside, katy went to help her but couldn't she was laughing so much.
"well at least i didn't fall and break my talent!" she said, straightening out her clothes and hair,
"come on rach, let's sit you down," katy smiled gently, leading rachel over to a seat next to her.
"im fine! im fine!" she insisted to a sniggering mercedes, tina and artie. a few minutes later, a pretty blonde lady slid over the butter casually and into the room.
"oh what the hell!" artie scoffed while puck stood looking dumbfounded at the substitute who had outsmarted him,
"hola class, nothing says Bienvenidos like a buttered floor!" she smirked as puck took the chance to check her out, seemingly impressed.
"lets start with some introductions, my name is holly Holliday what's yours? go!" she clicked, looking at puck.
"my names finn hudson, quarterback of the football team!" puck said goofily, putting on a dopey expression to match finn's,
"and im rachel berry, his loud loud girlfriend." santana added,
"im mike chang!" brittany chipped in, deepening her voice slightly. mike just nodded at her silently congratulating her choice of name change.
"those aren't your names, you know why i know that?" holly said bluntly,
"you're psychic?" brittany asked,
"i know this because i recently watched a video of your performance at regionals, where you came in last. maybe it's because the songs were about 30 years old but..." miss Holliday admitted,
"but those songs are classics!" finn protested.
"those songs were amazing, but they sounded like somebody else's favourite, not yours, just saying." miss Holliday rested her case,
"she speaks the truth." britt agreed. and so did katy, she really liked mr schue and thought he was a great teacher but he wasn't very open to song suggestions that were from their music taste. "im not your average run of the mill substitute teacher." holly explained, "i want you guys to do things that you wanna do, i want you to have fun in our fabulous but fleeting time we'll have together, what do you say we have class outside today?"
