i am completely lost for words. i am absolutely heartbroken at the news.
naya was a mother, a sister, a daughter and a friend who inspired people off and on screen. i consider myself lucky to be able to say that this woman has inspired me. i will always remember naya as a hero. according to the press conference, she used her last bit of energy to push her son back onto the boat. that is a true hero. my thoughts are with her family, her friends and her sweet son during this incredibly difficult time.
we know that our cory is taking care of her now.
