Chapter 12 - Shopping

We finish our food and divvy up the tidying. "I call nothing, considering we cooked the food.." Katsuki says, with a wink at me.

"Yeah, what he said. Aaand, anyway, Me and Mina have plans today so we should really be getting back to get ready!" She looks at me and nods, clearly feeling better.

Katsuki's smile drops as he looks at me and takes my hand. "Really? Can't you stay for a bit longer?"

"Ohh, i wish I could, Kat. But I promised Mina we'd have some time just us two today." He pouts at me and nods.

"Alright, fine, but I call dibs on you tonight." Mina lets out a fake gasp, puts one hand on her chest and another to fan herself.

"Oh no, whatever will I do!" She laughs. "C'mon, lets go." She says and pulls my hand.

"Wait, how are you gonna get home? I drove you here remember?" He calls after us.

"Shit." Mina groans and gives him puppy eyes.

"Fine." He says as he rolls his eyes and picks up his keys.

After we both shower, change and sort ourselves out we head out to the mall. We're both in jeans and a casual tee as neither of us are feeling the best after last nights escapades.

"You got any juicy deets for me, Y/N?" Mina asks me as we browse the racks in Hot Topic.

"Oh, not really. Just that Katsuki asked me to be his girlfriend." I say casually with a smirk.

She smacks my arm and gasps, "He did what?!"

"He asked me if I'd go out with him." I smile at her and shrug.

"Annnd...?" She gawks at me.

"Well, I said yes obviously." I laugh and she sighs in relief. "After last night I couldn't really say no." I bite my lip.

"Waaait, what happened last night? You're gonna have to give me a recap, my memories a little fuzzy." She rubs her head and giggles.

"Well, we played that game of spin the bottle didn't we? And I kinda freaked out after I kissed Katsuki...So I left but he followed me and we had like... I don't even know..." I laugh softly.

"Yes, you do, c'mon!" She grabs my arms and stares at me. "I need the details, all of them!"

"Alright, alright... Well, we kissed again on the stairs, and it got quite heated, so he took me to his bedroom and we got quite touchy feely, I guess?" I shrug at her and start looking at the clothes again. "But, that's it. We stopped after that and came back downstairs."

"Ooooh yeah. Leaving that for when you're sober are you?" She winks at me.

"Shut up!" I smirk. "Wait, that's when you and Kiri disappeared." She looks away sheepishly. "Well, if you're memory is fuzzy, can you even remember what you two did?"

"Well, I can't remember it all... But I remember the basics, I guess?" She says shrugging at me.

"And those basics are....?" I prompt her.

"We had sex, okay?!" She says quickly. "I don't remember the details, but I know I woke up this morning, butt naked with him laying next to me, also naked. So, yeah."

"Wait, didn't you two talk about it?" I stop what I'm doing and ask.

"Not really, I got up before him and went straight to the bathroom." She sighs. "I don't even know if we used protection. I didn't look at anything, just picked up my stuff and left."

"Oh Mina..." I go over to her and pull her into a hug. I hear her sniff into my shoulder. "It's okay. Do you want me to get Katsuki to talk to him?"

She steps back biting her lip. "Uh, i don't know, maybe? To be honest, I'm embarrassed more than anything. I don't know why I rushed out. I just... Panicked." She looks down at the floor.

"Hey, don't worry about it. We'll sort something out. I'll talk to Katsuki. See if Kiri even remembers anything and I'll let you know, okay?" She nods. I try to change the subject, "Hey, what do you think of this?" I pull a dress off the rack and put it against my body looking in the mirror.

"It looks good, and bonus, it's not black." She says chirpily and i roll my eyes. Who knew retail therapy could be so good?

We ring up our purchases and head for a nearby ice-cream parlour. I order my favourite sundae and Mina orders a raspberry ripple sundae. It doesn't take long for them to get to us and we dig in.

I feel my phone vibrating in my pocket so pull it out as I take another mouthful and lick my lips. It's Katsuki.

movie) it is.

I look up and see Mina smiling at me. "What?" I ask nervously. "Have I got something on my face?"

Mina laughs, "No, it's how happy you look when you're talking to him. It makes me happy."

"Oh..." I giggle. "i can't lie, this passed week of me getting to know him has been really nice. I've enjoyed getting to know this new Katsuki. He's changed alot since school."

"I know, i can tell he likes you a lot too. The way he looks at you, and all the little gestures and touches. It's really cute." I smile sheepishly at her.

"Thanks, I hope so. I really do." I bite my lip and finish my ice cream. I check the time, it's 4.34pm. "Do you wanna head back now? Its getting late and I need a nap before I go and meet Katsuki again later."

"Sure," She takes her last bite and wipes her mouth and slides out of the booth. "Let's go. I need a nap too." She yawns.
