A new day has begun .
Rise, Ilios.
I have stopped to run.
It's in your rays that I find peace.
It's in the way that you guide me
To happiness is where my path goes,
When your rays shine on me.
Your forgiveness I ask,
If I have stayed with the night.
Your forgiveness I ask,
If I have evaded your light.
Known you are to it
Though I shall tell,
The night is a creature that entices me.
Alas, your creature too is glorious.
To it the night succumbs.
It's with that respect I ask,
Oh Ilios! Do rise, I have had enough of sleep.
