Fly away, Angel.
The world is too cruel.
The love they show is a ruse.
I know on the clouds you will smile and muse,
"They are all liars, though they refuse"
By these lies, themselves they abuse.
Their blackened hearts are forever bruised.
Fly away, Angel.
Close your eyes and escape the blues.
These devils when their lives they lose,
They will pay for this power they misuse.
Extremely saddened by what happened. The police is supposed to protect us, not kill us.
This poem is not just for George Floyd. It was already in the making though his death made me complete it.
May he rest in piece. And everyone who lost their lives because of hate may they rest in piece 💔
If you are against something please just keep the hate to yourself, killing someone is not an option.
