These stories I write,
Do you know they are real?
Or do you render them fiction?Come hither I won't bite.
Let me show you a wonder. These inked pages you see,
Since the dawn of life they have known me.
These inked pages as I write,
To the dusk of life they will know me.Promises I cannot make to you,
Those promises belong to these words.
My apologies, darling, I cannot sit with you.
You all judge too quickly is what I have heard.
I am a person bound to be judged.
Alas, I am too selfish to make this heart hurt!
So let me remain in this cave as you call it,
And make wonders with my words.~~
I don't know why I thought of Marilyn Monroe while writing this.
Anyway this kind of depicts how I feel when someone calls me a "nerd" just because I don't partake in their stupid conversations and instead start reading a book.
The first chapter of "Let's Fall in Love at 17" is up, if any y'all wanna check that out.
I'm dedicating this chapter to AlwaysTired246 . Thank you for all the votes ❤️✨
