"Hey baby! Wake up!It's your first day of school! Welcome to your college life!"
Kumuha ako ng isang unan at tinakpan ko ang tenga ko. Pilit naman iyong kinukuha ni kuya. When he finally get the pillow mahina niya itong pinalo sa pwetan ko. I groaned.
"Stop it kuya!" Sigaw ko at nagtalukbong ng kumot.
"Bangon na. Mom cooked your favorite choco pancake." Napabalikwas naman ako ng bangon sa narinig ko.
"Really?!" She's still here? I thought my lipad na siya ngayon? Hindi ko na pinansin ang kuya ko na nakangisi at iniwan siya sa kwarto ko. Patakbo akong bumaba sa hagdan at tumungo sa kusina.
"Ang bango!" Tili ko at lumapit sa dinning table at inamoy yung choco pancake na nakalagay doon.
I heared mommy chuckled. Lumingon ako sa kanya. She's washing her hands. She's now wearing her FA uniform. She faced me and smiled sweetly.
"Eat now and take a bath. Ihahatid kita sa school mo." She said tumanggo naman ako sa kanya at hinarap na naman ang pancake.
Kuya entered the kitchen with his smirking face. Kuya really knows whats my weakness early in the morning. He sat in front of me at kinuha yung honey syrup sa gitna nitong dinning table.
"Mommy choco syrup please." I said at nilingon si mommy. She walked towards me at inabot sa akin yung choco syrup.
"You really love choco huh?" Mommy said after niyang umupo sa tabi ko. Ginulo niya ang buhok ko and I just smiled at her and started eating.
I glanced myself at the mirror. I'm not wearing school uniform kasi magpapatahi pa ako. I'm just wearing a yellow and white stripped longsleeve t-nucked in ko ito sa high-waisted ripped jeans ko. Suot ko din yung white adidas shoes ko.
Kinuha ko yung ash green addidas backpack sa kama at sinuot ko yun sa likod ko. Kinuha ko din yung phone na nilagay ko sa study table ko kanina. Tumingin ulit ako sa salamin at ngumiti. College, here I come!
"Baby! Let's go!" I heared mommy shouted downstairs.
"Comming!" I shouted too and locked the door at bumaba na.
"Where's kuya?" Tanong ko nang hindi ko nakita si kuya.
"Umalis na. Let's go." Mommy said while putting her scarf. Kinuha niya muna yung bag niya na nasa sofa bago maglakad. Sumunod naman ako sa kanya at lumabas na ng bahay.
Buti nalang at hindi pa traffic kasi maaga pa naman. It's 7:20 am, magsisimula yung first class ko ng 8:30. Tahimik lang kami ni mommy buong byahe. Nakatingin lang din ako sa labas.
Mommy stopped the car in front of BMSU. I sighed and looked at the school before fixing my things.
"Goodluck for your first day baby. Ingat and I love you." Mommy said sweetly and kiss my forehead.
"You too mom. Ingat sa byahe and I love you too." I said while smiling at her and kiss her cheek bago lumabas sa sasakyan.
I waved my hand before she leaves. Humarap ako sa BMSU and huminga muna ng malalim bago magsimulang maglakad.
Other students are smiling at me kaya ningingitian ko din sila. I roamed my eyes. Halos silang lahat ay naka unifrom na pang BMSU. Kunti lang yung nakikita kong hindi naka uniform at isa na ako doon.
