Theo's POV
I was sleeping in the floor when the police called me.
I noticed her trembling while staring at me.
"B-bakit?" Yuna said. I avoided her gaze. "Wala namang ebidensya 'di ba?" tanong niya habang garalgal ang boses.
I can't say anything. Because it wont help me get out of here.
She started to cry. "S'ya ang gumawa nito sa'yo 'di ba?"
I'm sorry Yuna, but now I can't wipe it off.
"Ano ba Theo?!" Hinampas n'ya ang salamin. "Nasaan na yung tapang mo?" Sabi n'ya at humagulgol.
I sighed while looking at the other side. "Let's just accept it..."
"Nahihibang ka na ba?"
I nodded. "Nahihibang na 'ko." Bahagya akong ngumisi.
"Just go."
"Paano yung RST?"
I know I have no power at all.
"Ipasarado mo muna."
"W-what?"
"You'll just give them the salary for this month."
I heard her sighed. "Ilalabas kita rito."
As Yuna leave the jail, I directly went to the room with the prisoners and took a rest on the cold floor.
I sighed while staring at the ceiling.
It's been 11 years.
It's so long, Mom. How are you with Dad?
"Mama! I don't want to eat it, I want pancakes!" angal ko.
My mother chuckled. "Pancakes? Dear, it's already dinner. C'mon honey, let's eat."
I remained silent while pouting. My dad carried me on his arms saying, "How's my Prince Theo? Huh?" He pinched my cheeks and helped Mom to prepare our dinner.
"Pagsabihan mo 'yang si Theo, masyadong obsessed sa pancakes," Mom jokingly said while cooking.
The pancakes is the most adorable cakes in the world!
But I'm wrong, the time came when there's no one be able to cook it like my Mom.
