"Full moon's coming up," Laney says to her husband.
John signs and he runs his hands through his blonde hair. "I know. But we'll be okay, we got that room with the chains underground."
"Will it be strong enough to hold me, John?" Laney asks.
"It should be," John replies as he grabs onto Laney's race, looking her in the eyes. "Let's hope so, that room took a lot of work."
Laney smirks. "It did, didn't it? Shall I reward you for all your bed work?"
John kisses Laney. ***************
Faye sits in the boarding house, staring at a new vamoire Lori. Both are wearing smirks on their face. Damon has left the house to them to go see Stefan, who is on the tomb with Katherine. Bonnie is with Elena, and she plans on spelling her inside her house.
"So, you're a vampire now," Faye says.
"Bonnie is coming by later to make me a daylight ring," Lori replies. "This is exciting."
"Morgan would kill the both of us for letting this happen," Faye murmurs.
"I know but she is the one who left," Lori replies. "My mother about had a heart attack and kicked me out when I quit the basketball team. Damon said I could stay here."
"They have plenty of room," Faye muses and she looks around. "I'd hate to clean this place."
"Yeah, so would I," Lori replies. "I'm going to go get a blood bag."
"I'll be right here," Faye promises. "I'm not leaving you, Lori."
Lori smiles warmly at her best friend and she heads downstairs. ****************
Bonnie did as promised and stopped by the boarding hous. She didn't approve of Lori's choice to become a vampire but she didn't scold her like she would Faye if she had chosen to become a vampire. Faye would but she's already got werewolf blood.
Bonnie made Lori a daylight ring.

It has a golden band and an emerald gem in the center. Bonnie had picked it up on her way from Elena's house. Lori has it on her left middle finger and she's been outside in the sun since she got it. Faye is watching her in happiness, she's glad her friend is happy even as a vampire.
Faye wishes she could become a vampire and not wonder what would happen if she accidentally killed someone. ******************
John and Laney go to their cellar again, the one John out together just for a full moon and for his wife.
"You sure you're okay with being here?" Laney asks.
"I'm not letting you do this alone," John says. "I have wooden bullets drenched in wolfsbane."
