When Daichi get's back inside the gym after the vice principal called him out, all of you are relived that no one's in trouble. Especially because you know what happened to Noya after he broke a freakin' vase. But the secrecy part, that would be an issue.

Daichi tries to continue speaking but the first years start bickering once more! The more they talk the more fed up Daichi becomes.

"Hey!" All of your attention goes to Daichi. Sigh, those first years made Daichi mad already. Poor them. "I'd like you two to listen to me. I don't know what motivated you to come to Karasuno, but you came here to win, didn't you?"

The two first years both agree with Daichi. "Karasuno's team could compete with the best up till several years back. It only happened once, but they went to nationals." Daichi crosses his arms as he continues to stare down the first years. "But now, we're eighth in the prefecture. We are neither weak nor particularly strong. Other schools call us the fallen champs... the wingless crows. I remember when Karasuno was in the spring high school national volley ball championship." Yeah, I remember that too...

FLASHBACK

You were sitting by the TV bored out of your mind because Tooru had insisted on watching some volley ball thing. You didn't really care, not at first. But you saw how the short kid soared above everybody! While Tooru was focused on the setter you took in everything on the screen. It was amazing how much everyone worked as a unit. You liked it, how precise everything was.

All six players, everyone on the court. From both sides! It was so unique.

FLASHBACK END

"We're going there one more time!" You can see the determination in Daichi's eyes causing a smile to come across your face. Just... once more. At least once more time!

"There are plenty of high school's that treat going to the nationals like a tentative dream." Tobio... What changed?

"You bas-- I mean, you-"

Tanaka gets cut off by Daichi agreeing with Kageyama, "There's no need to worry. I'm serious about going." Daichi's gaze hardened as he looked at the first years causing for them to stiffen up. "We need to be a united team to accomplish that. And that's also why we don't want the vice principal to pay us any special attention." Daichi steps towards the first years and you, Suga, and Tanaka quickly side step out of the way. I'm not taking the wrath of Daichi today, no sir!

"Look, it isn't as though i'm telling you to be friends." Tanaka let's out an uneasy sigh as Daichi approaches the first years. "In middle school, you may have been adversaries separated by a net, but i want you to get it into your heads that you'll both be on the same side of the net now." Daichi looks dead at the first years and all of you recoil at what you see. Angry Daichi equals a scary Daichi! "That's all i'm saying."

"I don't care how good you are," He rest a hand on an uneasy Kageyama causing him to gasp. "Or how hard you intend to play," A hand lands on Hinita who both jumps and groans in discomfort, as you Tanaka and Suga look on in shock. "Anyone who makes trouble for the team with a petty rivalry..." The three of you stare on in shock as Daichi drags the two to the steps outside of the gym, "...Is out!" Daichi throws the club registration papers out with them. Holy shit...

"I will not allow you to participate in club activities until you can think of yourselves as teammates!" You watch as both the first years stare on in dumb shock, unable to even move. And that's the last glimpse of them as Daichi shuts the doors. Although you do hear their yells once they've processed what happened.
