The game starts with a serve from the opposing team's number 1. The ball is received by Asahi who bumps it to Kageyama who sets the ball to Tanaka who spikes and gains a point.

Tanaka screams in joy which Nishinoya and Hinata do as well. Except when Daichi tries to get him to stop, Nishinoya joins in causing for Daichi to yell at them to cut it out and in turn get a warning.

You sweat drop at your team. They really aren't the smartest at times.

Tanaka serves the ball which 12 receives and sends to their setter who sets to number 4 who spikes it down between Hinata and Daichi only for Nishinoya to receive it. Daichi sends the ball to Asahi who mows through the other teams triple block as if it's butter causing for you to let out a loud cheer for your ace.

"Damn, that's a grown ass man!"
"I hear he was held back five years!
"He's got to be at least 30, is that even allowed?"
"Maybe he lies about his age."

You can physically see the arrows piercing Asahi as he hears each comment about him. Downside of having a glass heart i guess.

"Senpai." You turn to see Kindaichi looking at you "How old is number 3?"

"Asahi Azumane our ace, 3rd year, has not be held back five times, and he's eighteen!" You huff annoyed at everyone judging your poor ace.

"Whoa, that had huge momentum." Hajime says, changing the subject as Tooru yawns behind him.

"Yes..." Kindaichi turns to Hajime and you turn back to the game to see Hinata staring at Kageyama and you already know he's begging for a spike non-verbally.

Tanaka spikes the ball once more with number 5 receiving it before sending it to the setter who gives it to number 4 who spikes it once again. Nishinoya receives the ball and gives a perfect receive to Kageyama a grin comes over your face when you see Hinata already running, His hands splayed out behind him almost looks like wings and when he jumps his form is perfect. Then the ball is on the floor and a grin is on your face.

"GOOD JOB YOU TWO!!" You cheer loudly gaining your teams attention as you give them all a thumbs up and a smile. It wasn't the freak quick but the quick they executed was good none the less.

After that Karasuno scores left and right and even Kindaichi seems surprised. "They're suddenly about to win the set."

"Yeah, that libero is going to be real trouble. Having that stubbled dude on their team allows Kageyama to use his tosses more effectively."

You take a glance behind you to see Tooru staring, quiet unimpressed you may add, down at Karasuno. You bite your lip before going back to watching the game. You missed some of it but number 4 on the other team had some sort of epiphany and was going even harder but unfortunately for him he was shut down every time. Next thing you know Karasuno took the set.

The second set starts with Kageyama doing a jump serve that easily wins Karasuno a point, which seems to shock Kindaichi and Hajime.

"A no touch ace!" (Kindaichi)

"Now that they've won the first set Karasuno is starting to get into the groove." (Hajime)

After that Kageyama wracks up point after point with his jump serve. At least until 12 manages a receive that 1 sends to 4 who tries to compete with Daichi in a mid air battle for the ball which fails as Daichi sends the ball back to 4's side who can only stare at the 6th Karasuno just received. Well until it's revealed that Daichi touched the net and a point is given to the other team.

After that Karasuno wracks up point after point and soon Karasuno's at match point to Tokonami's 13. An 11 point lead. Tanaka serves which is received by 12 and sent to 9 who sets for 4 who breaks through Hinata and Daichi's block but received by Asahi who sends it to Kageyama who sends a regular ball to Hinata. Although Hinata's spike is received by 4 and Tokonami sends a spike Nishinoya is not able to receive earning them a point. The point gap lowers to 10.

You grin seeing your team yelling about getting the next one.

The ball sails into play and Kageyama sets to Daichi who scores the last point of the game. You screech in happiness and throw your hands around the nearest person, who happens to be, Kunimi.

"We won~!" You have a grin stuck to your face as you grip onto him and shake him violently. Once you finally let go you turn your attention back to the sweaty boys leaving the court.

Kindaichi seems to do the same "Don't these guys understand they have another game to play this afternoon?"Hajime prompts him to continue as he looks over to the first year in confusion, you doing the same. "It's just that victory was a sure thing so they should have kept as much energy in reserve as possib--"

"What's so bad about it?" Tooru cuts off Kindaichi to everyone's surprise as you all immediately turn to him. He stands up next to the three of you "We got to see them play for keeps. But they didn't use the deviant fast attack." I know this fool is not pouting.

"The other game is also over." You jump in surprise at Hanamaki coming out of nowhere. "Date tech won by a landslide."

You run your hands over the metal bars "Karasuno VS Date Tech..." You bite your lip "Who will win?" What scared you is that you really didn't know.

"Let's go. We have to win our next game or we won't be there to see it." Hajime rest his hands on your lower back a look on his face to ask if your okay. You give him a smile and nod "Good luck on your game. I gotta go check on my team." You give the Seijoh boys a wave, the two of you leaving in different directions.
