I tore through the halls. It was too much for me. Just breathe. Just breath. Breathe.

But I couldn't.

What does this mean?

I raced through the halls back towards Hux's station. Anger began to build inside of me.

Why was this happening all at once?

Although Hersh had openly admitted to being part of the Resistance, my mind was centered on Leia. I hadn't heard a word from her for years, and surely she could feel me through the force. After all these years, she could have reached out to me.

But she didn't.

I huffed, wiping away the tears in my eyes as I finally arrived at Hux's station. He glanced up at me, his eyes widening at my expression. "What happened to you?" He asked cautiously, taking a step forward towards me. I took in a deep breath, thinking over how I could explain everything that just happened.

"Hux, I know we got off to a bad start," I began, "But I need you to keep a secret and do a favor for me." I jumbled out quickly, watching as his features morphed into confusion. "What type of secret?" He asked quietly, almost eager to have something to possibly blackmail me with.

"A big one, regarding a staff member," I whispered. He started smirking. "Have you cheated on Ren already?" Hux chuckled with an evil grin on his face. I slapped his shoulder as I gave him a serious look.

"Of course not. But it's actually something serious." I urged, watching as Hux leaned in closer so I could whisper to him. "A spy." I murmured. He promptly pulled back, his eyes widening.

"A SPY?!" He screamed, only to be silenced by my hand over his mouth. "Yes. He's here to gather intel, and to possibly bring me back to their base," I announced simply, withdrawing my hand. "Who is it?" Hux questioned.

"He's from Ajan Kloss, General Organa sent him. He's amidst your Generals, Hux. Fairly young, actually." I muttered the last part. Hux gripped my shoulders firmly as his patience was reaching its end. "I need to know y/n! No more games." He shouted, gaining the attention of several stormtroopers passing by.

"Let go of me, Hux. His name is Hersh Eris." I frantically replied. He stopped shaking my shoulders, but his grasp was still there. He almost seemed saddened by the name revealed. "Where is he? I presume at the other meeting room?" He spoke.

"Yes, but not for long." I answered, looking down at my bare feet as I held my heels.

Hux took in a deep breath before cursing. "He probably already left, he might have even escaped!" Hux shouted, pushing me forward, motioning me to follow him. I ditched my heels and cape at his station, quickly trying to keep up with Hux, who was sprinting at full speed.

If we weren't in such a dire situation, I would've commented on the way his hair bounced oddly as he ran. It almost made me chuckle, but the feeling passed swiftly. We passed countless stormtroopers and generals, who eyed us questioningly.

It took about a minute or two for us to get to the other side of the massive ship. Hux had already called for help. My eyes widened as I remembered what Hersh had told me. "Hux!" I shrieked, grabbing his arm. He froze, turning around to look at me with unhindered irritation. "There's something else that Hersh said," I spoke, my breathing ragged as I tried to catch my breath.
