"Seriously si Laurie?" humalakhak ako. I thought Ace was hitting on me! Turns out he's fishing information about my friend.

"Yes and what's so funny?" kunot noong tanong niya.

"I bet you know Laurie. She hates commitments." simpleng sagot ko. Laurie and boyfriend can never be and will never be allowed to be together in a sentence.

If ever that happens gosh that's a miracle. I mean knowing Laurie! Just looking at Ace right now I bet he's already in Laurie's off limits slash hate list. Mukhang playboy eh. Mukhang manloloko.

"Who said I am up to commitment?" my brow raised. Slightly amused.

"I like you." I said, nodding my head. He smirked at me.

"I like your friend." I chuckled.

"No worries I meant I like your attitude." Ngumisi lang siya.

"I'll take that as a compliment." he's like my cousin Theo. Sometimes you'll like his attitude but most of the time hate it.

"Laurie is a hard target. Swear! But I think you can melt queen Elsa's heart. But just be very careful. She hates people who're in the showbiz industry." We talked about Laurie for a while before I left because I had a shoot.

Dylan and I are friends. You can say that. No more hard feelings. Just friends because I was serious when I said I wasn't ready to enter a relationship and definitely not ready to enter a relationship with the guy who broke my heart years ago. Though he's very vocal that he still loves me I just shrugged it off and tried to divert the topic because I get awkward easily.

Engineer Chavez was also trying to avoid us. Sayang hindi ko pa siya naaaway lumalayo na. Sabagay if I were her lalayo narin ako kasi ano ba ang aasahan mo sa lalaki na may ibang gusto? Nothing, just pain, so she made a right choice of backing off. She'll find someone someday.

"Friends? Really?" humalakhak si Amelia.

After my shoot I invited her to have snacks with me. Aisha and Xavier were both busy and Amelia is busy but she hates someone in the company so she went out with me despite her very busy schedule.

"Yes! Bakit ba ang issue niyo?" kunot noong tanong ko. Amelia laughed again.

"Ex's can never be friends Aubrie." sabi niya na parang bawal talaga. Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

"Says who? And we're just friends and I plan to stay that way." she scoffed at my words.

"That's your plan but what's his plan? Diba he keeps telling you he loves you? But I swear Aubrie exes can't be friends, maybe civil but never friends." sabi niya habang umiiling.

"Baka iba kami." Nakibalikat kong sabi.

Maybe because we were friends before? I mean before I was a strong believer that exes can never be friends but now that I'm older and wiser. I realize that you can be friends if you're mature enough to handle the situation then why not? Sayang naman yung friendship.

"Makikita mo kasal din ang kahahantungan ng friend friend na yan." tinignan ko siya ng masama pero nakibalikat lang siya.

"Whatever you say Amelia. By the way, what's up with you and Gray?" she glared at me but I replied with a small smile.

"Ayaw ko sa lalaking yun! Stop mentioning his name! Para mo naring tinawag si satanas!" ang oa talaga ng babaeng to! Kung makasatanas parang ang anghel ng dating!

"You almost did the deed with that devil. May I remind you." ngumiwi naman siya at umarteng susuka.

"Wag mo ng ipaalala yun nangingilabot talaga ako." mahina akong natawa.
