Maria's P.O.V
"I'm happy you're back to your old self Ria" ace said as he reached for my hand and held it.
"I know. I was thinking about the day it happened before. I've been asking around if anyone saw Kimberly and someone said they constantly see her coming out of a traphouse on 43rd. Isn't that one of you and daddy's trap houses?"
I gotta act like I don't know shit I wanna see what this liars says. I felt his hands starting to get sweaty and he looked uneasy
"Y-yeah it is. I ain't never seen her before though"
"I didn't ask you that ace I just asked if it was one of your trap houses. Why you acting weird?"
"It's nothing"
"Tell me ace"
"It's nothing Maria drop it"
"NO FUCKING TELL ME!"
He pulled over.
"I am warning you maria don't push me" he said with anger in his voice
"You're a fucking joke you know! You're not even man enough to tell me that you knew Kim shot up my best friends wedding. Fuck you and this damn relationship I've had enough of you're bullshit. You are never there for me like I'm there for you and that's ridiculous. You make me sick. Just take me home" I sat back and put my earphones in. 20 minutes later we got back home and i got out the car and slammed the door shut. I stormed into the house and walked into the room locking it.
"Open this fucking door maria!" Ace shouted.
"FUCK OFF!" I screamed.
In one kick the door flew open and in charged a furious Ace.
"I've had enough of your shit too" he said
"Oh no that hurts. FUCK YOUR FEELINGS ACE! I couldn't care less anymore" he slapped me and I fell to the floor. He got on top of me and started strangling me. I was kicking and punching him but it was no use. My vision started to get blurry and he stopped. He stood up and stared at me. I slowly stood up. I felt something warm flow down my legs and hit was blood.
No, no!
"Agh!" I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and ace ran to me
"Get your hands off me! Stop!! Put me down ace! Aaaaghhhh!"
He slowly put me in the car and speed to the hospital
"You're fine, the baby is fine, everything is okay" he kept repeating himself and we got to the hospital.
He got out and came to my side and picked me up. After that everything blacked out.
Rico's P.O.V
I got a call from an unknown number
"Hello?"
"Yo, maria is in the hospital come quick"
I heard the dial tone and panicked.
"Boys put on your shoes!"
"Okay daddy"
I ran upstairs and got my keys and met the boys at the front door. I picked them up and put them in the car and drove to the hospital.
What the fucks going on, she was fine less than an hour ago.
"Maria Naomi Rendiz?" I asked the receptionist
"Omg you're Rico Johnson. I used to work for your lingerie line in Canada a few months ago how's things?"
I looked at her properly and remembered her face
"I'm fine just coming to see wassup with my babymoms tell me what room she at please" I asked her flashing my million dollar smile.
She blushed and typed on the computer.
"She's on the 3rd floor in the ICU section room 5 on left side of the corridor"
"Thanks ma, I'll see you around" I walked away and my little me's followed behind me.
I got to the room and heard shouting from maria and a male voice
"GET THE FUCK OUT!" She shouted
"Maria stop shouting or I'll get mad!" The male voice said
"And what. You can't hurt me anymore than you have already. You made me miscarry my son. You're a disgusting excuse of a man. You aren't even a man Ace. You are a boy. Only a boy have little temper tantrums and lashes out. I don't want you in my house when I get back. I don't want you anywhere near me or my boys. You're ass is lucky I haven't told my daddy you put your hands on me. I can get him to kill you in-"
I heard a loud slap
I burst into the room and saw that nigga ace and maria holding her face crying
"What you doing here?" He said
"Nigga did you just put your hands on my girl?"
I said I was getting seriously angry.
"I asked you what you're doing here?"
I walked up to him and punched him straight in the face. Boof! He was out like a light. I pushed his body out the room and called the security to take his ass away
When I came into the room my boys was hugging they momma kissing her face and wiping her tears. Malcolm is more of a mommas boy so he was kissing all over her face. It was cute. They finally stopped and fell asleep on her chest. She smiled looking down at them
"How long has this been happening maria?"
"What are you talking about?"
Why is she acting brand new ?
"How long has that nigga been putting his fucking hands on you? Why didn't you call me for help?"
"You are the reason I fell into his trap rico. You ripped me apart and he was the only person that I could run to. It's been going on since we left for Cali. He never did it this bad though. He'd just shake me or push me. This was the first time he put his hands on me I swear" she looked at me and I nodded
"You're not going back there maria, and neither are the boys. You're moving in with me". I dragged my hand against my face. Damn this has been a stressful few months man.
