Umawang ang labi ng lahat, samantalang napangiti naman si Luxiel at marahang tumawa. "Sorry, everyone, Winter is just like that," she said, smilling.

"O-oh!" Amelie exclaimed and chuckle. "Don't worry, young lady, he's fine," she said to Winter who's having a staring contest with Hero.

Zevious cleared her throat and glance at Alexilia. His forehead creased when he saw the small smile plastered on Alexilia's face.

"You good?" he mindlinked.

Bahagyang nagulat si Alexilia sa ginawa niya at nakangiti siya nito binalingan. "Yes," she answered in their mindlink, her small smile widen.

She's weird. Zevious said on his mind.

Winter sighed and glance at Amelie, an emotion crossed on her eyes, but fade. "Mm," she hummed, nodding before bringing her gaze back to Hero — still looking at her. "Next time," she murmured, too late for Hero to realize Winter did stop the time. "Be careful." As soon as she vanished, everything continued.

Hero blinked.

"Oh, where is she?" Amelie said, slightly shock.

Luxiel chuckled, already found out what happened. "She already leave," aniya at bumaling sa tulala pa rin na si Hero. "Take your seat, our vampire prince."

Nilingon ito ni Hero at bahagyang yumuko. "I'm sorry, but, I have to go," he bid and went to his mother for a kiss as his goodbye.

"Kuya..." Samantha uttered, disorient.

Ngumiti si Hero at humalik sa pisngi ng dalawang kapatid samantalang tinapik niya naman sa balikat ang ama. "I'll go ahead...po," he uttered and bow before he exited himself.

Nagkatinginan ang lahat at pekeng umubo si Sebastian — Hero's father. "Sorry for my son's act, imperátice," he said, apologetic.

Luxiel smiled and nodded. "I understand, he's still the same Hero Devlin Archer, the not socializer," she chuckled to lighten up the mood, and she succeed.

IT'S BEEN a week after the Empress and Emperor of Ziatryle came back from their long vacation in Olaezon. It's been a week too when they met their messenger named, Winter Frost, and since then, that lady always bug everyone's mind.

Who is she? Skeira said on her thoughts.

"Fuck!"

"Oh! Witch! Sorry!" she blurted out when she accidentally bumped into Alexa — Alexilia's twin sister.

"Look what have you done!" she shrieked.

"I'm really, really sorry, Madame," she said, slightly grimacing out of nervousness.

"What's happening here?"

Napa-ayos nang tindig si Skeira nang marinig ang boses ng kaniyang boss — Zevious at sa likuran nito ay si Alexilia na nagtatakhang nakatingin sakanila.

"Are you... having small fight?" she asked.

Napatungo si Skeira at hinayaan ang masamang tingin ni Alexa sakaniya. "She ruined my shoes! She stepped on it!"

Alexilia looked at her sister disbelief. "You have someone to clean it for you, right?" she said, slightly raising her brows. "Oh, hell, I forgot you are Alexa Dashry, my non-identical twin who hates everyone." She rolled her eyes, gazing to Skeira.

"Hey," she called her.

Nag-angat nang tingin si Skeira rito at tipid na nginitian. "Your eyes are pretty," she compliment, then, smiled cheekly to her. "Let's be friends, don't worry, I'm not bitch unlike my sister."
