Samantha giggled when she opened her eyes, an aesthetical scenery greeted her. White clouds and different kind of flowers surround her. And in front of her is a breath-taking beauty of a lady.

"Hello, Samantha..." the lady greeted her with glowing white eyes.

Samantha's golden hair dance rhythmically with tha lady's dark hair. "How have you been?" The soothing voice of the lady never failed Samantha to feel at ease. That voice is a goal. It's like an angel is talking at her. But, she's a vampire. And angels hate vampires.

Maybe she's an excemption? Samantha thought that the lady heard.

"I'm not an angel, my little princess."

"Oh!" Samantha gasped. "What are you, then?"

The lady smiled. "A guardian."

Samantha pursed her lips and tilted her head sideward, as if she is thinking of something. "Isn't the same?"

The lady chuckled and kneeled to match Samantha's eye level. "No..."

"Oh..." Samantha nodded as her lips formed into 'o'-shape. "Then, who are you guarding?"

"The unknown lady."

Samantha was about to speak when one of the clouds move and covered her eyes making her to close it. And when she opened it, her room's ceiling greeted her. She pouted.

Another dream with the guardian. She sat down and stare at nowhere. I bet, she'll visit me again.

The door opened and it revealed her older sister, Leigh Hershey. "Ate!" Samantha squealed and jumped out of from her bed and run towards her older sister.

Leigh chuckled and carry their baby princess. "Yes, our baby?"

Samantha pouted. "I dreamt of someone again..."

"Oh..." It's nothing new. "What is it?"

Suddenly, Samantha giggled and Leigh frowned upon it. "She's a guardian."

"Guardian of what?"

"The unknown lady."

Leigh stilled. "Who?"

Samantha eyed her innocently. "Kuya Hero's mate."

WINTER wiped her sweat on her forehead and stretched her body. She slept for whole day, but she can still feel tiredness on her body. But, sleeping isn't good to her right now. She have to keep her eyes open and observe her surroundings.

"Check my pulse," Luxiel whispered on her while they are walking to the Impératrice's office.

"I will," she shortly answered and it bothers Luxiel.

"Are you fine?" Luxiel asked as she stare at their messenger worriedly.

"I am."

Luxiel sighed and entered her office, together with Winter. She sat on the couch while Winter stood in front of her. She, then, gently held Luxiel's hands and felt her pulse. "You're pregnant," she declared.

Luxiel's mouth gaped and tears pooled in her eyes. "Oh my gosh..." she murmured and let her tears falls.

"Really shocking," Winter said but her face is void so as her cold-soothing-soft voice.

Luxiel furrowed her brows. "Are you really fine, Laire?"

"I am."

"You don't look one."
