----------------Lloyd's POV--------------

We finally made it to a small village. The residents didn't look very friendly, so we stayed behind a hill and waited for a sign that it was safe to move forward.

"I don't understand," Foxgirl—Alya—said. "Why do we have to stay here? Why can't we just go in?"

"We're in a completely different world," Kai said. "We don't know what their customs are. What if they kill any outsiders they come across?"

"That's barbaric," Spots—uh, I mean, Marinette—said.

"To them, it may not be," I replied. "We need to lay low until—"

I was cut off by a strange screeching sound above us. Everyone gasped as a giant shape flew in the sky, one that resembled a—

"Dragon!" Cole shrieked.

Chloe smirked at him. "Not so tough around fire-breathing lizards, I see."

Cole pouted. "I'm not scared, they just make me a little nervous..."

The dragon glided over the village, and I watched in horror as one of the people there tried to shoot the beast down. The rest of the town joined in; there were nets flying everywhere, wires hurling over the dragon's body and neck, and arrows being shot from crossbows.

"Why are they doing that?!" Nya demanded. "That's awful!"

"That poor dragon..." Alya muttered.

"They're hunters of a sort," Cole said. "Lloyd, what should we do? Stop them?"

"I... I don't know."

"Well, I think we should save him," Marinette said. "Who's with me?"

Alya and Chloe cheered. The other ninja looked at me, as if asking for permission (I've been the leader of the group for a while, even though I'm technically the youngest), and I nodded.

The heroes transformed, and got right to the task. Spots swung her yo-yo, and got it wrapped around one of the wires. She pulled it, and it snapped in half. Bumblebee called "venom" and ran down to the village, armed with her yellow... I don't know what to call it. Some kind of weapon.

"Mirage!" Foxgirl said. She then created an illusion in the sky of a second dragon, which caught the attention of the hunters.

Cole and Nya followed Bee to one side of the dragon, while Kai and I headed to the other. Spots moved a little closer, but continued to break the wires. Man, that is one strong yo-yo.

"What're we gonna do?" Kai asked me.

"Distract the hunters, but don't hurt them," I ordered. "Once we save the dragon, maybe the villagers can tell us where we are."
