"Bullshit!" My cousin. "I'll rip your fucking throat if you won't stop." Tinitigan ko siya nang masama.

She laughed at my action. "You won't hurt me. Trust me, I know you more than what you think." She said confidently.

At tama nga siya roon.

I can be just as cruel as those who walk through life without a shred of conscience, but I don’t break people without a reason.

If I cause pain, it’s never with bloodied hands, only with words that cut deeper than silence ever could.

Kagaya ngayon, a girl kept on crying on the other line of the call. I don't even remember her name. Maybe I need to change my number so she'd stop calling and texting me.

Emotional pain is the only weapon I’ve ever dared to use, and even that comes with its own guilt.

"What happened between us was just a one night thing."

"Please, you told me that you liked my company... that you enjoyed being with me..." she almost pled but I cut the call off.

Ako:

Miss, whoever you are, I don't have time for relationships. Whatever I told you that night when something happened between us, it was for you to come with me. I'm sorry, I don't wanna be rude but please stop bugging me.

I sent a message. Hindi 'yon nakatanggap ng reply but I'm pretty sure she received it.

"Ma'am, good morning," sabi ni Andy. My secretary. "I'll get you a coffee, ma'am." She said before excusing herself formally.

This is not my usual day. Kadalasan ay hapon akong pumapasok dahil tinatanghali ng gising pero dahil may meeting ngayon with the executives, kailangan kong dumalo.

It was 9 in the morning when I entered the conference room. Some board members are already inside. Binati ako ng lahat.

I can say that I hold a sort of huge percentage of this company. DCAF Inc., Dela Cruz Agricultural Firm Incorporation. My tito, holds 29 percent. My dad has the 23 percent and I'm holding a few percent, too.

Our shares shift often whenever the value changes. In order for us to stay on top, we have to embrace change.

We have another business, Parem. A fuel or gasoline company. A demanding one. Mayroon rin akong share don. And my dad is the current CEO.

Nang nagsimula ang meeting, na-bored ako agad. It was about the partnership with Mr. Sy. His Hotels and Casino, subdivisions and mansion, may ilan pang binanggit na parking area or something na hindi ko naman gusto pakinggan.

Andy, my secretary, was busy taking down notes.

Boredom is written all over my face. Tito Dexter, Jessica's father is the current chairperson.

"Tito?" I asked a little confused. I don't feel comfortable by the way he looks at me.

"I'm just wondering why you're still not married." Sambit nito bago natawa.
