Jealous?

BLAKE'S POV

Tyler opened the door and in came Rue and the dude, Skylar. She just had to bring him. The guys greeted Skylar while Rue smiled and walked in my direction. Come on Blake, don't start overthinking. She's here and she's smiling at you, what more could you want?

I smiled back as she approached me, "Hey Teddy bear", she chuckled as she sat on my lap. I rose my brows in surprise, "Teddy bear? That's a new one". "Comes with the mood", she giggled back. "Alright guys, we're watching Never Have I Ever. It's new on Netflix", Sam announced as she sat beside Tyler and put her legs over his laps. "Please tell me it's not a sappy romance stuff", Jack whined as he laid on the floor. "It's not so stop whining", Sam countered. Rue laughed beside me and soon after, Jess joined in.

Throughout the movie, Rue and Skylar kept exchanging glances and she would randomly ask if he was okay or if he was enjoying the movie. I was really starting to dislike this guy. I tried not to focus on it and instead, focus on the movie.

"I'm so team Paxton!", Sam squealed. Rue squealed and did some kind of finger stuff with Sam, "Me too", she smiled happily. Jace got up and Tyler followed him, "We're going to get dinner".  "I'm actually for team Ben", Jess said to Sam and Rue. "Me too", Skylar butted in. Sam and Rue both screamed, "What?!" Then Rue continued, "He has a girlfriend and he still kissed her!". Then Sky spoke up as Jess raised her hands in surrender, "Yeah but he's like always been there for her". Then Rue looked at him with amused eyes, "Doesn't make it right!". He smirked, "It kinda does". Then they laughed at themselves and others joined except Jack who was practically in another world named Dreamworld. I got tired of their endless laughing and teasing and got up.

I slammed my bedroom door and a minute later, someone knocked. Then I heard Rue's voice, "Blake, are you okay?". I didn't respond. She opened the door and came inside before shutting it back. She sat beside me and put her hand on my shoulder, "Are you alright?". I shrugged her hands away as I looked up at her, "Considering this is the first time you've asked me that tonight and you've asked that dude more times than I can count". She looked at me confusedly, "What are you going on about?". I stood up quickly, "You really don't know Evans? Fine. Let me break it down for you. What's with you and Skylar?". Then she stood up and folded her hands, "What kind of question is that? You know we're just friends". "Just friends? Then why does it look like you care for him more than me", I snapped. She frowned at me deeply, "You think that I do? What's wrong with you?". I shook my head as I looked away from her. "You're jealous, Blake", she said aloud. I scoffed, "I'm not". "I'm not doing this with you right now. When you're ready to talk, let me know", she said as she opened the door and slammed it. I sighed as I rubbed my temples.

I came out 10 minutes later convinced that I wouldn't let whatever Rue does affect me. Then I saw her sitting with Skylar and Jess and they were laughing about something. Then I knew that plan wouldn't work, fuck me. Jace and Tyler came back with more snacks which Jack quickly rushed. "Did you get maltesers?", Rue yelled from the couch. "How can we ever forget", Jace yelled back as he tossed some maltesers at Rue. "Let's play a game!", Sam yelled.

We have played several games since then. Chinese whispers, the alphabet game, guessing games and more. Now we're on pass the card. "So basically you have to pass the card with your mouth. The other person has collect to the card with their mouths as well.  The person the card drops from has to kiss the following person. Got it?", Sam explained to everyone and they nodded. "Okay let's begin", she clapped her hands. The card went round and round and my blood boiled whenever Skylar passed the card to Rue. Jace and Jack had to kiss which I agree was funny to watch. Now we're in another round and just as Sky is about to pass the card to Rue, it drops. Everyone started laughing before they stopped and realised the situation then their eyes flickered to me and back to them. "It's okay. We can just move on", Sky said and I was internally relieved but then Rue said, "No Skylar. We have to obey the rules of the game. Jace and Jack kissed". I snapped my head at her in shock and so did everyone. "No really Rue. I can just drink vodka or something as compensation", Skylar countered back. "No really. We should kiss", Rue said, this time directly looking at me with a teasing smile on her face. Everyone was still looking at the drama quietly. Then Rue started leaning towards Sky and I jerked upwards with full force. I grabbed her arm and pulled her to my room.

"What are you doing?", I snapped at her. "I'm playing a game Blake can't you see?", She said with a teasing smile. "You were about to kiss Sky", I pointed at her with shaking hands. "No I wasn't. I just made you think I was", she said rather calmly. "Why would you do that?", I snarled. "So you can admit that you're just being jealous", she said with a rather serious tone.

I ran a hand through my hair roughly, "Fine! I'm jealous okay? But I can't stand it. I can't stand you being so cozy with that dude, okay?". She came forward and cupped my cheek, "Hey Andrews". But I wasn't done yet, "He's the stereotypical bad boy. He's charming. You and him have all these underlying secrets only you two know. You're constantly asking if he's okay. It's too much for me because I'm not trying to lose you to some guy in your class. I'm fucking Blake!". She chuckled as she pulled my head towards hers and our foreheads rested together, "Yes, you're fucking Blake and you're not losing me to anyone especially not Skylar. He's my friend for God's sake. I just ask him if he's okay because he's going through a lot of shit right now. Okay?". I closed my eyes and breathe in and out before muttering, "I just don't want to have to go through that again. I don't want to lose you. I can't". "No more therapy. No more Mabel. No more of those stuff. It's just me and I'm not going anywhere", she said and I opened my eyes to look at her. She was so beautiful with a green eyes and full brown hair and her lips. Oh God, her lips.

Before I could think, I leaned down and pressed my lips info hers. She immediately kissed back. I settled my hands on her waist. I didn't like touching her cause I wasn't sure if she wanted it or not but her next action shocked me. She removed my hands from her waist and guided it higher and higher under her top then she let it go. I looked at her as if asking for permission and then she nodded. I immediately pulled her lips back to mine as I roamed her body. We found ourselves on the bed, I don't know how. We kissed deeply and then I moved to her neck and she moaned. She loves that. I smiled to myself as I continued.

As we continued making out, I thought to myself, I can't ruin this. I will do all I can to keep our relationship.
