You walked down the street, fixing the strap on your bag on your way to school. You had left your home quite early so you could meet your friend along the way. You huffed before turning down his street, still messing with the strap on your bag. One of them was longer than the other and it was bothering you on how it felt on your shoulder.

"What the hell are you doing?" You looked up, eyes meeting with ocean blue ones. You huffed before tossing your bag at him. He caught it, raising an eyebrow at you.

"Fix the damn strap! It's bothering me and I can't get it to move an inch-" You watched as he moved it effortlessly, evening out the straps and tossing it back at you. He walked past you, a smirk crawling onto his face at the look of shock on your face. "Y-you suck!" You called, jogging to catch up with him. His strides were a lot longer than yours and he noticed you catching up and slowed a little.

"You're just weak," He said, tilting his hat down a little more.

"And you're just an ass," You mumbled under your breath. Your eyes looked in the shops as the two of you walked down the road towards your high school. You slipped your arm through his, and he made no move to remove it.

"Jotaro~!" You heard a bunch of squealing and short screams as you rolled your eyes.

The man beside you moved his hat down further, muttering a few curses under his breath. You were soon moved away from him as he was crowded by the gang of girls at your high school. You cupped your hands over your mouth and called out of the chatter and arguing.

"I'll meet you in class!" You ignored his protests, moving away from the crowd and heading inside of the school building. You entered your classroom and took your seat by the window, tapping your nails against the desk as you waited on your friend.

When the bell had rung and you hadn't seen him, you figured that he skipped the first period. As the day progressed and you still hadn't seen him, you became uneasy. It wasn't odd that he probably skipped, but he didn't tell you like he normally did. Usually, you two skipped together.

Once the final bell had rung, and you ran to your locker to throw your books inside, you quickly left the school and headed straight to his house to see if his mother possibly knew where he was. Holly was a very kind woman and you were always scolding Jotaro for the way he treated the delicate woman. She didn't even seem to care what he did, because all of you knew that Jotaro truly loved his mother.

You placed your shoes on the platform before calling out to his mother in the living area.

"Y/n!" She chirped, getting up and hugging you. You hugged back, a smile brightening on your features. "It's so nice to see you!"

"You too!" You said. "I came by to ask if you knew where Jotaro was? He didn't show up at any of his classes today."

"He came by early this morning with a young man. He looked beaten up pretty badly. I patched up his head a little while ago. Right now he's in the tea room with Papa. You're welcome to go visit him!" She said happily. You bowed, placing your bag beside your shoes.

"Thank you and pardon the intrusion," You said politely.

You waved to her before making your way to the tea room. You had been at Jotaro's house since you were a child but you still always made a wrong turn while heading somewhere. His house was just so big! You finally arrived at the tea room, knocking on the wood that lined the paper door before sliding it open.

"Jojo?"

"What are you doing here?" He was sitting in front of a table with an older man. You saw a red-haired boy laying on the ground with a blanket draped over him a few feet away. He must have been the boy Seiko referred to.

"I came to find out why you skipped school. May I enter?" He gave a short nod and you entered the room. "I'm terribly sorry if I interrupted anything."

"Nonsense!" The older man said, his voice loud and kind. "Jotaro, you didn't tell me you had a lovely girlfriend!"

Your cheeks heated up slightly and you sighed. It wasn't like this was the first time that it had happened. You and Jotaro were always mistaken as a couple because of how often you two were seen with each other. You were almost always with one another. It was rare if one of you was missing from the other. Yet every time you had been referred to as his girlfriend, you couldn't help the blush that crawled onto your cheeks. He was attractive, sure.

"We aren't dating," You both said in unison. You walked over to the boy and knocked him over the head.

"What the hell bitch!" He said, rubbing the spot.

"That's for skipping and not telling me. You're lucky I took your notes for you." You said. You then faced the two men across from you. "I'm sorry for not introducing myself. My name is Y/n L/n. I'm Jotaro's friend."

"I'm Jotaro's grandfather, Joesph Joestar and this is my friend, Muhammad Avdol." You smiled at the two men before glancing at the boy laying.

"Did you do that?" You asked your friend, kneeling beside the redhead and placing your hand on his forehead.

"No," He said bluntly.

"Hmm." You stood back up before turning to Jotaro. "Wanna walk me home?"

"Whatever." He stood up and left the room, ducking under the doorway because he was so tall. You waved to his grandfather before following him out.

"Y/n, there you are!"

"Hello Seiko," You greeted, placing your shoes on your feet.

"Oh, you're leaving? I was wondering if you'd like to stay tonight?" You hummed in thought.

"Sure! Just let me run home and get some things. I'll help you with dinner tonight as a thank you!" You smiled, your e/c eyes brightening up your features.

"Great!"
