The next day, something had changed about you. Usually, you were the last one to wake up, always pushing the person who was waking you away. Today, you were up at dawn, shaking everyone awake so you could get moving while it was semi-cool. The others were a little confused but started packing up nonetheless. You pulled your camel down and waited for everyone else. You fed it an apple while you waited.
Kakyoin looked at Jotaro worriedly. Jotaro looked at him, before flicking his eyes to you. You had a small frown on your face as you pet the large animal. You looked sad. Then, he frowned as well.
From the tank top and shorts you were wearing, he could see the scrapes on your back and the bruises on your bicep and the back of your thigh. They were all fresh.
"Jojo.." Kakyoin mumbled looking at his friend.
"I know." He said, standing up and walking towards you. He put his hand on your shoulder, making you jump before he turned you and brought you into his chest.
"Stop worrying so damn much." He said, putting his hand on your lower back. "We're making it out alive, alright?" You buried your head in his chest, grabbing his gakuran tightly.
"Im sorry." You said quietly.
"There's nothing to apologize about," Kakyoin said from beside Jotaro. You turned your head to look at him.
"I made everything worse," You said, pulling away from Jotaro and grabbed the reins of your camel. "I shouldn't have said anything."
During the ride to town, you hadn't said anything. When asked something, you only gave a nod or the shake of your head. This was concerning for the others.
You were terrified. Not only had you seen Jotaro die in your dreams, but you had also seen Kakyoin. Would you eventually see Mr. Joestar or Polnareff? You didn't know. But you knew that you had to do anything in your power to save them all. You knew that everyone was also afraid and were only trying to ease you, but you couldn't shake that anxious feeling. Like everything around you was a danger.
Unknown to them, and only newly found to you, Atlantis was bouncing around, checking the surrounding areas. At first, you hadn't even noticed that he was out. Only when you started seeing flashes of the scenery did you know that he was out. You couldn't even see him, but that must have been a good thing.
You were relieved when you arrived in town, after hours of riding. You called your stand back, finally able to focus on one image. Kakyoin appeared beside you, offering his hand out to you. You took it as he helped you down.
"I'm going to find a hotel." Mr. Joestar said. "You guys are welcome to look around."
"I'll come with you Mr. Joestar. Just to give you come company," Polnareff said, shooting a glance back at Jotaro. You watched as the two walked away.
"C'mon. Im starving." Jotaro said. You amd Kakyoin followed after him. Jotaro slowed his pace to match yours. Kakyoin and him made eye contact with a side glance. Usually you walked with your arm through one of theirs. But today you were walking with your arms at your side.
"Stop giving each other side glances." You said, making them both look down at you.
"Stop acting weird and we won't." Jotaro countered. You stopped walking, making both of them stop and turn to you. Their eyes widened as you bowed your head apologetically.
"Im sorry if I'm not able to save you." You said softly. "But I'll try my hardest to!"
"Y/n," Kakyoin laughed, making you raise your head in confusion. Why were they both laughing.
"Wha.."
"Listen," Kakyoin said, his laughter dying into a smile. "If you seriously are that upset about making sure we don't die, then at least promise us both this."
"Stop playing mom to us, and make sure you don't go fucking up your own life." Jotaro said. "You may not be able to see the future. It could be Dio fucking around with you. Just take a break, alright?"
You looked down. "O-okay."
"Good. Now let's get food."
...
You returned back to the hotel, carrying food for Mr. Joestar and Polnareff. Once they had gotten it, and you had gotten your own room, you collasped on the bed exhausted. You considered going straight to bed, but decided a shower sounded much better.
And you were right.
The hot water soothed your skin and slightly stung the scrapes and cuts on your body that was still healing. You sighed in content. Maybe Jotaro and Kakyoin were right. You shouldn't be so protective over them. You knew that both of them were equally, if not stronger than you. They had their own stands to protect themselves. Besides, you knew exactly why both of them were trying you to get you to calm down. Your chest had been tight all morning, but as soon as you stopped worrying something was going to pounce around the corner and kill them, it had eased a lot.
You found a first aid kit under the sink and decided to clean up some of your cuts. You carefully pulled your shirt over the bandages and rubbed a towel over your hair. You were in the midst of brushing your teeth when someone knocked at your door. Not giving a fuck, you walked to the door and opened it, seeing both Jotaro and Kakyoin standing in the doorway. By the looks of it, they had both gotten out of the shower too. You just left it open and then walked back to the bathroom to rinse your mouth out.
"What's up?" You called from the bathroom, spitting water out and then wiping your mouth.
"We wanted to talk." Uh oh. You tossed the towel on the sink and as soon as you closed the bathroom door, a startled yelp left your lips as both men pinned you against it.
Kabedon. They fucking kabedoned you.
Your face turned a dark shade of red as both of them smirked. You yelled in embarrasment, raising your hands to your face. Holy fucking shit! Jotaro chuckled and leaned in.
"What's wrong, Buttercup?" He purred.
"I thought you liked us," Kakyoin grinned.
You couldn't make a coherent sentence as both of them grabbed each of your wrists and pulled your hands away from your face.
"Do you?" Jotaro asked.
"I-I..I-uh...heh...I-I....."
"Its a simple question, Y/n." Kakyoin said, tilting his head. "Yes or no?"
"Y-Yes!" You squealed, squeezing your eyes closed. Oh my god, you were so hot right now. It wouldn't be a surprise if the tips of your ears just sparked a little flame.
"Good," Jotaro mumbled. "Look at me." He demanded. You forced an eye open to look at his dangerous aquamarine eyes. "You're ours now."
"Are you okay with it?" Kakyoin asked gently.
Were you? Without even realizing it, you were nodding. Both of them pecked your cheek.
"Good. See you in morning!" Kakyoin called as they pulled away and walked to the door. You stared at the door in shock and you slid to the floor.
What the fuck just happened?!
