When you woke up, you felt something around your wrists and ankles. Still drowsy, it didn't immediately register in your mind what was happening. But as the sleep wore away, and you became more alert, it dawned on you. You were tied to a chair, your wrists bound behind you at an uncomfortable angle, and your ankles were tied to the legs of the chair. You didn't know where you were, or how you even got there for that matter. The last thing you remembered is a shadow above you in the hallway. Your blood ran cold as you processed this.

Someone has kidnapped you in front of Mr. Joestar's room. You were sick and went to him for help. But you felt fine now. What if it was part of a stand? Maybe your kidnapper's? You needed to get out of here before something really bad happened.

Summoning your stand, Atlantis cut the ropes bonding you to the chair. You stood up while you looked around for an escape. There was a door behind you, and windows that barred from the outside. You grabbed the handle of the door and tried to open it, only to discover it was locked. You backed up a few steps and then kicked it. When it didn't move, you allowed Atlantis to grab it and yank it from the hinges. He held it for a moment before looking at you and muttering a soft "Ro?"

"Just...put it down somewhere." You said, watching him curiously as he leaned the door against the wall and then turned back to you. You shook your head and exited the room, you recognized the wallpaper of the same of the hotel. Atlantis peered over your shoulder before going out in front of you. Your image flickered and you found yourself standing in front of Mr. Joestar's hotel room. You banged your fist on the door while looking around. It wouldn't take long for whoever it was to realize that you were missing. You had to hide quickly.

But no one was answering the door.

"Dammit," You whispered, looking down the hall.

"Ro?" Atlantis said, grabbing the door.

"No! Don't take it off," You told him. He shook his head and put his hand on the door. It gliched and disappeared. Your eyebrows raised in surprise and you looked around one more time before walking inside. You looked over your shoulder as the door appeared again when your stand moved his hand. You looked around the room. There was nothing out of the ordinary--other than the TV being broken. You walked into the bathroom and flipped on the light. Nothing in here either. You looked in the mirror and froze. The black markings had risen from your throat and were now settled under your eyes and on your cheeks.

You let out a shaky breath and quickly turned the light out and left the bathroom. What were you supposed to do? Wait on them to come back? Risk getting seen and go out to find them? They wouldn't go too far away from the hotel, right? Or maybe they were in Jotaro and Kakyoin's room. You would check there first. And if they weren't there....you'd figure it out  later. You left the hotel room and quickly dashed down the stairs, your stand still beside you. You pattesd your pockets, sighing in frustration when you didn't feel the key card to your room.

"Excuse me miss," You almost jumped out of your skin at the sound of a woman's voice. You spun around on the stairs, gripping the railing tightly. At the top of the stairs was an older woman holding a cane. Her other hand was stuffed into her coat. You relaxed. "The elevator is broken and I need to go downstairs. Would you be so kind to help me down these retched stairs?"

"Oh. Sure," You said, running back up the stairs.

"Thank you so much," She said, smiling as brightly as a woman of her age could.

"Don't worry about it!" You smiled back.

"If you don't mind me asking," She asked as she took your hand and began walking down slowly with you. "What happened to your face?"

You were about to answer her when you remembered something.

"Hey, Mr. Joestar, I have a question."

"What is it?" He asked.

"Can other people see the stuff on my neck?" You asked, pointing the black markings on your throat.

"No. Because its a stand users attack, only other stand users can see it."

Your blood ran cold as you looked down at the old lady. She couldn't be a stand user, could she. Then again, as you recall Avdol saying, the stand user on the plane was an old man. So it was definitely possible. But you couldn't assume stuff. Maybe you just had something on your face.

"W-what do you mean?" You asked.

"Don't play dumb with me girl," Her tone turned aggressive and the grip she had on your arm tightened. You looked at her with fearful eyes as her face twisted into a sick grin. "I know my own stand when I see it."

You pulled your arm away and stepped back. Your lower back hit the railing and when you looked back over your shoulder, the old woman had her hand in the air. Her hand was black and spread out like ink. Just like your throat.

This was the stand user that was controlling you. You called your stand beside you, and his demeanor was different from just a few minutes ago. Atlantis had taken a defensive pose in front of you, eyes narrowed angrily. You felt a sharp pain in your head, making you wince and hold the side of your head. When you moved your hand, blood came with it. You looked at the old woman with confusion and anger, only to see her grinning.

"This is my stand, Evermore. Its a parasitic stand that enters your body and allows me control of your bloodflow and nervous system. My stand travels through your blood and attacks you from the inside. It can't attack any vital organs, but it can still make you unable to move." She raised her cane to point at you. "So don't get cocky with that fancy little stand you got there."

You gripped the railing behind you tightly, clenching your jaw while flicking your eyes around you. There was no one here. No one else would get hurt. You looked back at the old woman. Her smirk dropped as the fear in your eyes disappeared and was replaced by amusement. Your lips curled into a smirk as you released the railing. Her face was twisted in confusion.

"Why are you smirking like that?!" She asked, moving her hand and causing a cut to appear on your cheek. You wiped the blood away with your thumb.

"Because you just revealed your stand's only weakness," You said. You tilted your head to the side as her eyes widened.

"So now then...what did you say about getting cocky?"
