Jennie's POV:

Ever since I got this picture from your bedroom, I've been constantly keeping my gaze fixed upon it, captivated by its every detail. It has become a focal point of my attention. Each time I glance at it, It holds a special place in my heart, serving as a reminder of the bond we share and the moments we've cherished together.

I ruined everything.

Since the incident about you and Kai, I've observed noticeable changes in you, Lisa. The vibrant sparkle in your eyes, once a reflection of happiness and joy, has now been overshadowed by a veil of pain and hatred. Despite my repeated attempts to apologize, I am aware that mere words cannot fully heal the wounds inflicted upon you. Your heart, once whole and complete, now lies shattered into countless pieces, scattered by the weight of my actions.

Yet, despite the audacity of my request, I implore you to grant me a chance. I'll do whatever it takes to earn back your trust and to mend the fragments of your heart.

I understand you despise me for putting you back in this situation, Please, allow me to make amends. While I may not be able to undo everything, let me alleviate the pain I've caused you.

As the clock struck 11 pm, the familiar creak of the door alerted me to your arrival. It's become a routine for you to return home at this hour. Unbeknownst to you, I've been patiently waiting each night, longing for the opportunity to speak with you. I'm aware that you've been avoiding me.

But here i am now, coming out from my room, as i made my way towards where you stood. There, I found you cradling Leo in your arms, your weary figure illuminated by the dim. In those fleeting seconds of observation, I couldn't help but notice the paleness of your skin and the unmistakable signs of tiredness etched into your doll-like eyes—red and swollen from what seemed like hours of relentless weeping.

Your clothes, drenched from the lingering effects of your emotional turmoil, dripped with water as you stood motionless, appearing to be consumed by the heaviness of your thoughts. Without hesitation, I darted back to my room getting a towel. Returning swiftly, I wrapped the warm fabric around your shivering frame, You accepted my gesture wordlessly, allowing the fabric to envelop you in its warmth.

As I gently draped the towel over your slumped shoulder, your movements seemed to lack their usual vigor, stepping away from me, revealing the extent of your exhaustion.

"I'm gonna make soup for you," I suggested, aiming to prevent any potential cold you might catch.

"No need," you murmured wearily, your voice tinged with fatigue as you turned away from me, your back facing me.

"Lisa, you might end up getting sick," I cautioned, concerned.

In response, you emitted a short, mirthless laugh.
