THIRD PERSON'S POV

The sun came fully out, casting its bright rays straight into Lisa's face. Jennie thought her wife needed more rest to help her recover. She walked over to the window and closed it to shield Lisa from the harsh sunlight.

Jennie felt drowsy as soon as her body sank into the softness of Lisa's couch. "You're not allowed to sleep here, Jennie," she reminded herself, giving her cheek a light slap. But before she could even get up from her seat, Lisa let out a little whimper, muttering the word "Mom."

"Sleep well, Lily," Jennie said softly, leaning over to place a warm, lingering kiss on her wife's forehead. "I love you," she whispered one last time before leaving Lisa in her room.

"Good morning—" Jisoo's greeting trailed off as she took in Jennie's appearance. "You look... awful."

Jennie glanced at herself using her phone's camera and saw the dark circles under her eyes and her messy hair. She ran her fingers through her hair in an attempt to look somewhat presentable. "By the way, Unnie, why are you here?" she asked, her voice heavy with exhaustion.

Before Jisoo could answer, Seulgi and Bambam appeared behind her. Jennie could easily sense the deep hatred in their aura, especially from Seulgi.
