Draco's POV:
The three of us hit the floor hard but stand up quickly when we realise that Lockhart is still with us.
We stand up and point our wands at him. I look down at my feet and see that I'm standing on what looks to be fish bones.
"Come on lets go, Remember any sign of movement close your eyes straight away" Harry says
He walks through the tunnel with Ron.
"Go on!" I say to Lockhart and i follow him through the tunnel.
We walk for ages until we reach what looks like a giant snakes skin.
"What's that?" Ron asks
"It looks like a giant snake" Lockhart answers
"It's a snakes skin" Harry replies as he runs his hand over the skin
"Bloody hell whatever shed this must be 60 feet long" Ron says in shock
"Or more" I add
We hear a crash and look to see that Lockhart has fainted. Oh well he was holding us up anyway.
"Heart of a lion this one" Ron says
A few moments later he grabs Ron's wand and stands up.
"The adventure ends here boys" He says "but don't threat the whole world will know our story of how I was too late to save the girl and the three of you tragically lost your minds at the site of her mangled body, you first Mr Potter. Say goodbye to your memories"
He points his wand at Harry. Oh no this is terrible but hang on Ron's wand is broken because when he tried to make me eat slugs earlier this year it backfired on him. This could go two ways.
"Obliviate!" He shouts and just as I guessed he flies back and hits the wall.
"Idiot" I mutter
The rocks start falling in between us until we can no longer see the other side of the tunnel where Harry is.
"Harry!" Ron shouts "Harry!"
"Ron!" Harry shouts "Ron, Draco. You okay?"
"We're Fine!" I reassure him
Lockhart wakes up and stares at us.
"Hello" He says "who are you?"
"Erm Ron Weasley" Ron replies
"And you?" He asks
"Draco Malfoy" I say to him
"And who am I?" He asks
Oh this is great isn't it. He's lost his memory
"Lockharts memory charm backfired, he's no idea who he is!" Ron shouts to Harry
"I guessed this would happen. He's an idiot" I add on
"It's an odd sort of place isn't it" Lockhart says "do you live here?"
"No" Ron says
I grab a small piece of Rock and hit him over the head with it and he gets knocked out.
"Do you always have to be so violent?" Ron asks me
"I'm a Malfoy" I shrug
Ron rolls his eyes slightly.
"What do we do now?" Ron asks Harry
"You guys stay here and try and shift some of these rocks so we can back through, I'll go on and find Ginny" Harry says
"Okay" Ron replies
I put my wand on the side and start moving some of the Rocks.
"You helping?" I ask Ron
"Oh right yeah" he replies
We both start moving some rocks until there's a hole enough so Harry and Ginny can get back through.
We both sit down on Rocks and there's a bit of an awkward silence.
"So.." Ron says
"So.. how long do you think we'll have to wait?" I say to him
"It depends if Harry can find Ginny" Ron says with a sigh
"Don't worry if I know anything about Harry it's that he doesn't give up. He'll find her" I say to him
"Why are you helping us?" He asks
"Because I feel bad about all the horrible things I've done to you" I say
"But what about your Dad?" He asks
"My dad doesn't have to know everything" I say
He laughs slightly.
"Is it about Y/n?" He asks
As he says that my eyes widen. Is it about Y/n?
"Erm no" I reply "why would you think that?"
"I don't know I guess I just had a feeling you like her or something" he says casually
I just shake my head. Do I like Y/n? No I can't possibly like her I mean I barley know her I don't think we're even properly friends plus Harry likes her.
"How do you know when you like someone?" Ron asks me
"I don't know I mean I guess you just notice small things about the person" I tell him
"Well Hermione's hair bounces on her shoulders when she walks, she always holds her books in her left hand and when she reads she always tucks her hair behind her ear" Ron says dreamily
"So you like Hermione?" I ask him
He snaps out of the trance he's in and stares at me.
"I just said that out loud didn't I?" He asks
"That you did" I reply
"Bloody hell" he sighs
"So you do like her?" I ask as I raise my eyebrow
"Yeah I guess I do" he says "you have to promise you won't tell her"
"I won't don't worry" I tell him
"Okay thanks Draco" he says
Time passes and then Harry walks through the hole we made with Ginny clingy tightly to his arm.
"Okay let's go" he says to us
"But how?" I ask him
I hear a squawk come from above us and Dumbledores Pheonix fawkes flies above us.
We wake Lockhart up and he grabs onto to Fawkes leg, Ron grabs onto his leg, I grab onto Ron's leg, Harry grabs my leg with Ginny holding onto his waist. If this isn't the most awkward situation I've ever been in I don't know what is.
