Just a few backstories about my Killjoy OCs, dunno if you're interested, but if you are, here. :) If not, skip past this.

Jay Bird (Tierney) -- she has short, light blue hair, hence her Killjoy name choice, and green eyes.  She wears a white tank top, gray jeans, a dark gray hoodie tied around her waist, black boots, and a fingerless black glove.  Age: 16-17

Violet Sky (Diamond) -- When Diamond's family moved to Battery City, she was the only one who realized the danger of BLInd, so, despite her father's wishes, she ran away to the Zones, where she met Jay Bird, and they soon became good friends.  She has long, slightly wavy, black hair.  Her outfit consists of a black and green plaid jacket, a light purple bandana around her neck, and jeans, and she has a red headband in her hair.  Age: 16-17

Domino Explosion (Dominic) -- his outfit slightly goes against the colorful Killjoy attire, as he sports a white jacket with black dots, a gray shirt, fingerless black gloves, and black jeans.  His hair is black  with white tips.  He also has a small crush on Pixel Cloud (who I'll mention in a sec.).  Age: 17-18

Shadow Ghost (Nico) -- Shadow is friends with Domino, who rescued him from the roadside one day, out in the Zones.  He has tan skin, and his attire matches Domino's, but is the reverse: a black jacket, a gray shirt with white dots, fingerless white gloves and white jeans.  His hair is also Domino's reverse: dyed white with black tips.  Age: 17-18

Pixel Cloud (Gaile) -- Pixel is a graffiti artist, who goes into Battery City in order to paint bright murals on the building walls.  She has short orange hair, and wears a pair of goggles on her forehead.  She wears a white cropped jacket with paint splashes all over it, red jeans, and high black boots.  She doesn't exactly return Domino's affection for her, but she does enjoy his company -- sometimes.  Age: 18-19

Violet Sky: Bulletproof Heart

Diamond stared out the window of their new house, bored.  She didn't know why her family -- why anyone -- would decide to move to a city in the middle of a desert.  Especially a city as ordinary as Battery City.  But, her father had gotten a job offer here, and she knew there was no changing his mind.  They had been living here for a few weeks now, and recently, had been receiving packages of small, black-and-white pills with instructions to take one every day.  Ever since then, her parents and siblings had been acting... dull.  There was no light in their eyes, and they spoke in monotone voices.  It was almost like... They have no emotions.  But how is that possible?  Diamond looked over at her desk, on which sat a bottle of the pills.  She stood up, walked over to her desk, and unscrewed the cap of the bottle, and in one fluid motion dumped the pills into the trash.  As she did, a thought occurred to her.  Aren't there... others? People who live outside of Battery City? When they had moved here, they'd been told about them... Killjoys.  They were apparently dangerous rogues, but Diamond didn't trust the rumors.  However, she knew her father would disown her if she joined them.

Something light blue flashed outside her window, and Diamond looked down.  A girl, about her age, was looking up into her window.  As Diamond stared back, the girl put a finger to her lips and started to run away.  "Wait!" Diamond called.  The girl turned back warily, and looked up at her.

Diamond rushed downstairs, throwing on her old black and green plaid jacket.  "Wait!" she called again.  "Are... are you a Killjoy?" The blue-haired girl hesitated.  "Yes, I am." She narrowed her eyes at Diamond, and then relaxed.  "I guess you haven't been taking your Happy Pills, have you?" "Happy Pills?" Diamond echoed.  "You must have received them by now.  They're pills that remove emotion." That explains it! "Can I... can I join you?" Diamond asked, surprising herself and the Killjoy.  "Are you sure you're not brainwashed?" the girl replied.  "I wouldn't be talking to you if I was," Diamond answered.  "True enough.  Come with me," the other extended a hand.  "The name's Jay Bird.  You?" "Diamond." "First things first, Diamond.  If you're going to be a Killjoy, you need a name.  You seem to have the looks down," Jay nodded at Diamond's jacket.  "Anyways, a Killjoy name is usually two words, and they often don't go together: for example, Manic Lightning or Radio Cat, or something like that." "How about... Violet Sky?" Diamond asked.  "I mean, the sky would be beautiful purple." Jay Bird chuckled.  "Kinda plain, but not a bad choice.  Now, Violet Sky, come along.  I'll show you the Zones."

I will continue with Domino and Shadow, and Pixel's stories in another chapter. :) I hope you like this sample of my OCs!
