One week after Gerard's "omen"
Josh: *types on his phone* So, Tyler?
Tyler: *replies* Yeah?
Josh: I'm gonna be a little late on the grocery pickup... something's happened.
Tyler: *panics* A CAR ACCIDENT? A POPPED TIRE? A TRAFFIC JAM?
Josh: No no... it's just... a cat just fell on my windshield.

Sure enough, there was an orange tabby laying on Josh's windshield. The drummer had skidded to a halt, watching as more cats fell from the sky. Wait. Cats? CATS? Oh my gosh, YES! Josh got out of his car and gently picked the tabby off of his windshield, snuggling it to his chest. "Kitties!!"
It still continued to rain cats and dogs -- quite literally. Is there anyone in the Quartet who likes dogs? Maybe they can adopt these, Josh thought. Oh yeah, Frank does! And Brendon and Pete!
He texted the three, informing them of what was going on. However, the dog-loving musicians had already seen it; it was raining outside their house as well.

"DOGS!" Frank cheered, running outside.
"DOGS!" Pete echoed, following him.
"DOGS!" Brendon copied the other two.
"Who needs the Puppy Heist in Chapter 60 or so when you can have THIS?!?" Frank yelled ecstatically. "FORGET YOU, POLICE!! HAHAHAAA!"
"Frankie, dear.... you already have 385 puppies...." Gerard sighed.
"Where the heck does he keep them?" Mikey asked.
"In our theater basement," Gerard replied. "You know, the place where we forced you to watch us--" he broke off, recalling his omen. "Wait... cats and dogs?!? NO!!"
"Your ridiculous omen was REAL?!" Mikey gasped, realizing what he was getting at. "But... where's the giant thing that falls from the sky?"
"I dunno," Gerard replied.
The anxious brothers continued to watch Frank, Pete, and Brendon run around, scooping up as many puppies in their arms as they could hold.
Just then, they spotted a car pulling in to the subdivision. It was Josh. However, he had filled the car with approximately 400 cats. "Hi guys!" Josh waved cheerfully. As he opened the doors, his cats piled out, meowing.
"Oh shhhh..." Gerard shook his head, eyeing Josh's cats with concern. "We can't have
"What... is that?" Brendon asked, walking over and seeing all the cats. Then, his puppies began barking like mad, attempting to get at the cats. Josh quickly scooped up about 30 of his cats and said, "Let's take these guys inside."
"But... what about our doggies?" Pete asked. "Cats and dogs don't usually get along."
"I know! We can just keep them in our theater basement! That's what I do!" Frank shouted.
"Sure!" Pete, Brendon, and Josh agreed.
With that, the dog lovers, cat lover, and the Ways headed inside to plan out their new pets' home.
**********************
"Um... what's going on?" Patrick asked as the strange group entered their house.
"PUPPIES!" Frank, Pete, and Brendon replied.
"KITTIES!" Josh cheered.
The dog lovers disappeared down into their basement, and Josh simply released his 30 cats. They immediately began to explore, hopping onto the couch, the bar chairs, and visiting rooms.
