Momo was laughing all the way to the cafe. Kyoka informed her about how she had gotten food poisoned in one shop that she curses all people who go inside. Momo doesn't know why but it was very funny.

With the permission of the school and dozens and dozens of paperwork, they let them go and enjoy themselves. It's been two weeks after the incident and everything seems to be more calmer.

Momo leaned on Kyoka, her hand on her shoulder for support.

"Oh fluff! I didn't know!.." She heaved a breath, "It's so-.. *snort*- fu-funny!.."

Kyoka smiled brightly, "I understand that you're happy, princess but you have to keep it down. You'll die laughing that hard and people are starting to stare~" She singed her words in Momo's ear.

The girl blushed and covered her mouth with one hand, looking around her cautiously.

Kyoka snorts, "And you actually believe me."

Momo pouted and pushed her to the wall playfully. She huffed and crossed her arms across her chest.

Kyoka walked to her and placed both hands on her shoulder, smiling apologetically, "I'm sorry! I just don't want you to die." The sincerity in her voice spoke volumes.

Momo's bravado crumbled and she smiled warmly at her.

It was only a tease, she thought, yet she takes it so sincere that it weighs like a special moment.

To Momo's disappointed, Kyoka eventually pulled away from the touch and presented the building behind her with jazz hands and a puppy-like grin.

Momo looked up and smiled when she saw the name and the color palette.

'Beans is Coffee Cafe'

Momo shook her head at Kyoka's antics and choices. Of course it has to involve to some weirdness before Kyoka can give it a star.

The girl in front of her had her hands behind her back as she leaned forward in anticipation, "What do you think? Oh and don't worry, this place can't give you food poisoning. Tried to put ink once and didn't take a loud of shit to come out."

Momo laughed behind a fist, "It looks wonderful." She complimented, then gave Kyoka a knowing look, "Did you choose this because of the design, or the weirdness?"

Kyoka thought of it for a moment, looking at her shoes and up at the sky for the right answer. She always does that for dramatic effect, and dramatic does she gets.

She giggles when she met with Momo's eyes when she was about to look down. The actions brought a blush on Momo's face, seeing how cute the girl sounded and looked.

"Neither." To Momo's shock, it was a serious one, "I like it here because they know about my habits of poisoning my own food with ink."

Momo deflated, she really expected that to be a logical answer but as the universe always tells her when she was with this girl, she was wrong. But nonetheless, she was happy to make Kyoka satisfied.

She smiled, already replacing her deadpanned expression. The fondness she felt outweighed her boredom.

She shook her head, "Please don't put ink in your food this morning." She pleaded and ready walking inside the cafe.

The doors jingled.

Kyoka shrugged, "No I wont. This will be fun. Just you and me in our little date." Smooth. So smooth that it made Momo just freeze at the entrance. Her hand holding the handle tight, if she had held it more longer it would have bend.

Momo's mouth fell agape as she watched Kyoka walk further away.

Only when Kyoka felt Momo's presence was missing did she turn around and looked other in the eye, the both of them were blushing but neither ignored that fact. Kyoka tilted her head to the side, "What? Aren't you coming, Mo?"

There was it again. She said her name again with anxiety and... something really familiar. She said it like it was glass and giddiness enveloped Momo's heart.

Kyoka and her smiled warmly for a second, just content staring and standing.

Only when they heard the ring of the bell then a voice calling out someone's order number did they snap their daze.

Momo quickly got to work and walked towards Kyoka, "You are too much for me to handle." She told the shorter girl, only for her to receive a snort, "But I like the challenge."

Kyoka wiggled her brows, "And I love the spice you bring."

They quickly got settled in the cafe. Kyoka finding a table and Momo getting their orders. With meters apart, Kyoka and her were just texting each other and sometimes looking over their phone to give the other a funny face.

The cafe today was a little busy. Probably because it's a Monday. Thus the result of the long line and also the result of someone complaining about their own food.

Her phone chimed for the hundredth time and she smiled at the message.

Remembr mine is black cffee
and a croissant.
Kyoka - 9:54 AM

Yes, ma'am. How could I
forget when you have been texting me
over and over.
You - 9:54 AM

She giggled and rolled her eyes as she tucked her phone back her pocket, earning a barrage of chimes. She looked at the corner of her eyes and saw Kyoka texting her furiously.

When Kyoka looked up with a pout, Momo smiled and waved at her.

That faded her facade and she smiled warmly and waved back. Then she turned her attention back to her phone, another wave of chimes entered her phone.

"Little lady, ignoring you're boyfriend? How feisty of you." She turned around just in time to look at a handsome boy walking towards her. She cringed when she saw the uniform, she knew it very well.

Seiai Academy.

He flipped his luscious indigo hair for a flair, "Do you by any chance plan to break up with him?"

Momo ignored him and took a step forward, moving along the line.

He chuckled, his amber eyes flicking from her eyes to her boobs which she felt very insecure at his actions.

"Don't ignore me, miss goddess." She was getting very anxious at his actions. Her body expected what it always expects as she turned away, seeking comfort.

She flinched when he started reaching out of her hands but someone had already beat him to it.

Momo whipped her head around and she stared at Kyoka with wide eyes and a blush. The girl was looking as punk as she could get with her height.

The guy looked at her up and down before his gazed settle on the linked hands. He stared at it for a while and Kyoka was forced to intertwine their fingers.

"Fuck off, Seiai." She growled, "Another word out of you're mouth has consequences." She lowered her gaze, her eyes still fixated with his making the angle look very threatening.

He walked away with a grunt, "Fucking lesbians..." He grumbled, something that both Momo and Kyoka heard in crystal volume.

Momo looked down just in time that Kyoka was looking up. A concerned gaze met with her anxious ones.

She smiled appreciatively at her and gave their fingers a little squeeze.

Silent communication always works when it comes to silent concerns.
