'Duty calls' as much as I want to say by her side, yet I need to leave for a while. Kanina pa ako nakatingin at nakikinig sa speaker ngunit wala talagang pumapasok sa aking utak. Kahit anong focus ko ay palagi na lang nililipad ang aking isipan sa mga naganap noong mga nakaraang araw. Those scenes would bring heat on my being. Even I tried to deny it, lalabas pa rin ang pagka-miss ko sa aking asawa. Parang gusto ko na ngang umuwi at yakapin ito magdamag. So, I fished out my phone on my pocket and started typing a message.

A smile crept on my lips. Nainis na yata ito kakulitan ko. So, I tried to listen though my mind is still glued with those thoughts running on my mind.

Limang araw pa lang ako dito sa Probinsya ng Quezon pero pakiramdam ko ay isang taon na. Inip na inip na ako. Next week pa ako makakauwi pero mukhang hindi na ako makakatagal pa. wala na naman sigurong gagawin sa mga huling araw. Uuwi na lang ako para makita ko ang aking asawa.

"Mayor Asencio!!" that's Mr. Arboleda the mayor of Lipa City. He's fastly walking towards my direction.

"Yes, Sir. Why?" I asked.

This girl looked at me like there's no one else in this room. Another thing is why she's here? How come na nakapasok ito dito?

"Hi Nicolo." That made me cringe. "I heard na tapos na ang session for this day. Baka gusto mong sabay na tayo mag-dinner." Ngumiti ito, a seductive one.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I can't, and please do call me Mason. Only my wife is allowed to call me by my second name." they looked shocked.
