Everything Hawk's gathered in the forest had already been taken in by the police force and was being examined. The blood from the katana turned out to be from a criminal named Kiken Hagane. The hair he had found belonged to Soraia Aiko, the kidnapped student and the symbol on the torn cloth resembled a dragon; three jewels captured by its mouth, claws and tail respectively.
'The Dragon's Table.' Standing beside the chief, Hawks sipped his morning coffee.
"Do we have any idea about where the missing student could be?" Aizawa groaned. He must've been annoyed for being woken up so early.
"We have a few locations in mind, but they're all spread around Japan. We need you two to investigate the only locations we haven't got to yet." Chief Tsuragamae explained.
"What about the other locations?" Hawks questioned, sipping the last of his coffee before throwing it at the bin opposite him.
"The police are keeping a close eye on all the other locations we've pinned down but so far nothing's happened yet. We suspect that the last two locations have some information we need."
A few minutes later the meeting was over Hawks and Aizawa investigated the two sites given. Slicing through the air, his crimson stained wings beating wondrously in sync with his heartbeat. Not five minutes in the air and he had arrived at his destination...an abandoned factory.
'Oh great an abandoned factory.' The eagle eyed hero scanned the area in hopes that no-one else caught wind of the derelict site. He jumped from the pole he perched upon and unfolded his wings, gliding down to the ground gracefully. Walking in through the rotting doors sent shrieks shivering up the foundations.
"Rusted metal and rotting floorboards...great." Hawks said to himself as he strolled around the open area surrounding him, sending of a few feathers to keep watch. With each step the shrieking became nearly insufferable. Almost all the floorboards could collapse under a single penny let alone a human. The metal foundations had rusted causing a tilt n the building. There was one use for an abandoned factory though...wildlife. Countless bats, mice, snakes even deer used it as a primary hub for food, travel needs and communication. A single bird nest rattled between two steel beams.
Hawks searched for a few more minutes but there was nothing, as he thought. Fine, rusted steel fell to his feet, wires snapping around him. CRASH!! Countless pipes collapsed, the fibres holding everything together fell apart like a house of cards. Every living thing had escaped except for one. The birds. Their chaotic chatter echoed through the building as Hawks rushed up, grabbed them and attempted to fly them to safety. Just as he landed to try and run from the destruction a single steel beam tumbled towards him. With one hand holding the nest and the other on his head he could do nothing against it, but it moved.
Almost unseeable string like objects glistened in the sunlight that burst through the shattered windows. Each second that went by was a safe one because each and every object inside the building had been moved out of Hawks way.
"Ah, Jeanist it's you. What'cha doing here?" Hawks asked, a finger being tugged on by the mother of the chicks.
"Searching for a villain group, The Dragon's Table, specifically a scientist named Iwahada." The man in an all fabric 'suit' answered back.
"Huh, I've seen that name somewhere. Why're you looking for him?"
"Classified." A woman in an all black uniform replied. "All you need to know is that his wife was murdered, he experimented on his son and nearly killed his daughter in a fit of rage."
"I'm sorry who are you?"
"Mockingbird." She held out her hand to which Hawks reluctantly shook it.
"Is that your real name or hero alias?"
"Neither. Before you ask, one of the children is safe, protected. The other...missing." Mockingbird smirked, rolling her eyes whilst muttering 'boys' under her breath.
"I found nothing here. It's all up to Erasure Head."
*Meanwhile, at Erasure Heads given location
Cracked science equipment lined the walls, strange chemicals stained the floor. Aizawa walked in, alone. The lab had been abandoned for months maybe even years but all the equipment looked recently used. He stayed silent, touching nothing but looking at everything. A door creaked open.
Three masked men walked into the room. Each one held up their arms but nothing happened.
"Our quirks, what the hell?!" One screamed through his cat like mask.
Getting kneed in the face must've hurt because he was curled on the floor crying seconds later. The threat had been eliminated, all three unconscious and tied up.
"Now, let's see what we have."
Aizawa searched everything. Every cupboard, every filing cabinet, every case...nothing. Something felt off, like it wasn't supposed to be there. Faint ticking was coming from somewhere but Erasure had no clue where. It was like it was inside the walls, shifting, changing, adapting. The ticking stopped. Immediately the hero bolted down the corridor, jumping out the door and rolling. The labratory suddenly engulfed in flames that where only getting larger and larger.
Any sign of evidence, gone.

"Whatever was in that lab...someone wanted it destroyed before we could get our hands on it." The chief of police sighed with his head in his hands. Sitting at the conference table was Aizawa, Hawks, Best Jeanist, Snatch (Sand Hero from Season 4. He is a very minor character so no spoilers), Mockingbird and a few other unidentifiable faces.
"Any evidence?" Jeanist asked.
"Nothing. We don't have any evidence, any clues, not even a theory."
"Damn."
Suddenly, an officer ran into the room holding an iPad.
"SIR!! We've got the location!!"
"Finally!!" Chief Tsuragamae smiled for what seemed like the first time in decades.
"Lets rescue the hostage."

Thanks for reading this chapter of Butterfly Kisses. It took longer than the rest because I wasn't very motivated and something happened to a close friend of mine. This chapter probably isn't even that good. Get ready for the rescue mission which'll probably not be as good as it could be.
