The next day, I felt better. My back and pelvic were a bit sore and I was a little bit stiff. Sideswipe and Enderman didn't leave my side. Sideswipe even slept on the couch I'm my room last night so if I needed him he would be there. I thought it was sweet of him. He took his guardianship very seriously.

Even I felt better, he still stayed around. Probably because he was afraid of losing me as well. We became very close and he's probably the best friend I have ever had. Actually, he's my only friend... and Enderman of course. I can't forget about him. I rubbed his black head, earning. Some purrs from him. "Naughty cat," I muttered. The last day, he climbed in the cabinet and threw all the books off the shelves only to create more space so he could sleep.

And if that's not enough, he was chasing Sideswipe the entire time because he's jealous. He didn't like it Sideawipe was here as well. Enderman is such a strange cat, he has always had something mysterious. Something I can't explain. I still remember the day he saved me from a junky that was traveling from town to town.

It was dark and I was heading home. I don't remember where I was that night, but this junky had been bothering me before, asking for money or if I wanted some drugs as well. I had to walk through a dark area because our house wasn't in town. That junky had been waiting for me behind the trees and attacked me with a knife. Enderman was there, sprinting out of the brushed behind me and did some serious damage to the junky. The guy left and strangely enough, Enderman didn't have a scratch while I had an ugly cut in my arm.

That night, Enderman had been there, sitting on the edge of my bed and watched me. His piercing eyes never left my face. It was scary, like head making sure I was okay. He has always been special, and smart.

Enderman laid down, purring in my embrace. Sideswipe walked in "Ratchet has the results... he asked me to take you to the medbay," he said. With a soft groan I hoist myself up, Enderman followed me to the door.

"No! You stay here," Sideswipe said, pushing him aside. Enderman hissed and scratched his hand, some Energon dripped from his hand. "He's jealous," I said. Sideswipe huffed and glared at the cat. "He's fine, Sides. He can come," I said smiling before Enderman picking up. He nuzzled in my neck, purring before giving Sideswipe a glare.

"Stupid cat," he growled, turning around. I chuckled and closed the door, following him. Ratchet gave me a glare when I walked in "no cats allowed!" He said, crossing his arms. Enderman jumped into the floor, sitting down and started licking his chest. "He's fine... he won't be a naughty cat," I said. Ratchet grabbed Sideswipe's wrist, looking at the scratches. "cats," Sideswipe grunted.

Ratchet grabbed some papers from the counter. "Okay... I have the results of the biopsy and they surprise me," he said, turning back towards me. "The Energon seems to affect you in a good way," he said. "So that means... she's not dying?" Sideswipe asked. "No, she's not," he stated. Relieved Sideswipe looked at me "but... the fact is, there's Energon in her system, completely mixed with her DNA," he said.

"Normally the human body will fight it. The Energon is so strong it will burn and ruin everything, causing organ failure, but your body seems to absorb it," Ratchet explained. "So how do you think I got this?" I asked. "I think you're a hybrid... You are born with it,"

Sideswipe jaw dropped "a hybrid?" He repeated. "But that means at least one of her parents needs to be Cybertronian," Sideswipe exclaimed. "Correct," Ratchet said. I sat down on the medical bed, "my mom and dad are both human," I said. "Unless your mother cheated," Ratchet said. "Or maybe they adopted you and they didn't know you're a hybrid," Ratchet said.

"So they've been lying to me about who I am all my life?"

Sideswipe wrapped his arm around my shoulders in a comforting manner. "Unbelievable," I grunted. "But... what does this all mean for me?" I asked, getting up. "You're half Cybertronian, I never thought it was even possible though... hybrids generally appear to have some degree of high resistance to injuries with highly advanced internal healing ability...
