33. The truth

I ignored Sunstreaker. Two days have passed since we got back. Ratchet was patching up Sideswipe, especially his optics. He was able to see again, but Ratchet was still working on his body. I wasn't sure what Sunstreaker was doing and I am not interested either. He has been a huge pain in the ass and for what? I saved his freaking life! If they killed Sideswipe, Sunstreaker would have died as well. He's a ungrateful piece of shit. It still angered me...

"Skylar!"

Sideswipe's haloform sprinted over to me. "Stop this!" he said. "Stop what? Walking?" I grumbled, glancing briefly at him. "Ignoring my brother!" he said, huffing. "He didn't came to see me either..." I snapped. Sideswipe blocked my way "This is enough! You go talk to him right now!" he said. "Why don't you tell him to do the same thing!" I snapped. Sideswipe crossed his arms "Please... go talk to him!" he said. I sighed heavily, shaking my head.
I tried to pass him, but he grabbed my arm, yanking me back. He pinned me to wall, my arms above my head, his face inches away from mine. "I order you to talk to him, Skylar... he doesn't deserved to be ignored... please talk him!"

"Excuse me! He is the one that started all this! He got mad at me for driving with you! While I explained why I would drive you back! Why isn't he coming to me... apologize to me! I didn't do anything wrong!" I snapped.
"you are trying to fix it... and I know you are loyal to your brother, but maybe you should listen to me if I say it's not my fault! If you don't believe go ask Ratchet or Optimus about what happened!" I snapped. "You know Sunstreaker is too selfish and arrogant for that!" I huffed, rolling my eyes. "You know I am right... you can at least hear out what he has to say, right?"

"Wait!? He wants to talk to me but he's to pussy to approach me?" I spat. "What? n-no... that' s not how it went! I swear!" he said. " Unbelievable!" I spat, pushing him away from me. "If he wants to talk he can come to me! Otherwise there's no conversation!" I hissed before storming off.

unbelievable! that idiot is too stupid to even talk to me. What kind of mech does that? He asked his brother to talk to me. I huffed in anger, kicking the wall. "Get out of my damn way!" I sneered against some rookies. They jumped out of the way while I walked over to the Autobot hanger. "Ironhide?" I asked, halting in front of his alt-mode. "What is it, kid?" he sighed. Apparently I woke him up from his recharge. "Can you bring me back to Lennox's place?" I asked, crossing my arms.
"What changed your mind?" he asked. "I just need to get away from the base... so can you take me or not?" I grumbled. "Alright... hop it," he said, opening his door for me. I quickly hopped in and buckled up. "So, what's the deal?" he asked. "Sunstreaker! That's the problem..." I snapped. "He's a selfish and arrogant brat!" I scowled angrily. Ironhide started laughing. "What's so funny?! I don't see it!" I snapped. "Sunstreaker is just jealous... he gets rejected all his life, even by some of us. You should take it lightly," he said simply. I glared at his radio "very funny!" I snapped.

"You take it too serious... this is who Sunstreaker is, Skylar... it will not change," he said. I huffed, rolling my eyes while staring out of his window, watching the cars pass. Ironhide is probably right but it still angered me. Sunstreaker shouldn't react his anger on me. I have done nothing wrong, I even explained him why I would travel with Sideswipe.
"Thanks for dropping me off," I said as I hopped out. "Yeah, no problem! Try to stay out of trouble," he warned. I gave a small nod, watching him leave before I turned around and walked over to the house.

When I knocked on the door, I was greeted by an excited Annabel and Enderman. My uncle had took him, cats don't belong on a base and Optimus was afraid someone would hit him. So, my uncle took him back to the farm where he's now catching mouses and bugs. "Skylar," Sarah, my aunt greeted. She embraced me before she let me in and closed the door. "I didn't know you would come... do you want a cup of tea?" she asked. "yeah... I can use that," I mumbled, following her. "I heard what happened," she started, grabbing two cups. "How do you feel now?"
