Sorry I haven't updated the last 2 days or so, my 1yr old was sick so I was nursing him back to health. I will always update when I can but my children will forever take priority so if I ever go offline for a while rest assured I haven't forgotten you, I'm just being a good parent 😊👍🏻

Karma's POV.

We had been travelling south for a while and we could now see what appeared to be the edge of the tree line, and beyond that; devastation. Tree stumps and fragments of branches were all that remained among upturned dirt, all the way to the ring wall of Isengard. I heard Merri and Pippin draw breath as they took in the sight and even I was shocked by the desolation wreaked before me and I'd been expecting it. Treebeard's steps slowed as he took in the sight before him with a small sound of despair.

"Many of these trees were my friends. Creatures I had known from nut and acorn" he told us with loss evident in his voice.

"I'm sorry Treebeard" said Pippin.

"This is Saruman's doing. Before long he'll take more of the forest to feed his fires until there is nothing left to burn" I told him, and although it was harsh he had to hear it.

"A wizard should know better!" He growled, "there is no curse in elvish, entish or the tongues of man for this treachery. My business is with Isengard tonight. With rock and stone!"

He let out a roar that would put a tiger to shame and immediately we heard the forest behind us stir as Ents of all shapes and sizes began to emerge, all taking in the destruction before them with equal outrage to Treebeard. I summoned a rifle and adjusted my position on the Ents shoulder saying "just a heads up, this weapon will be loud. Don't be too startled by it".

Treebeard hooded and then said "Hoorarooom...come my friends. The Ents are going to war. It is likely that we go to our doom. Last March of the Ents".

"Yes!" Said Merri, glad we were finally doing something to help his friends.

We marched towards the tower and I shouted to a group of Ents beside us to head to the dam and break it. I knew they'd figure it out on their own but if I could speed up the process I was absolutely going to. I could see the white speck of Saruman watching us as we crossed the borders of his fortress from up in his tower and shot a few warning shots towards him, causing him to duck inside and close the doors. Welcome to modern weaponry asshole. The orcs still working in Isengard began to rush forward to fight off the invasion but they were no match for the might of the Ents who squashed, threw and kicked them as if they were nothing but a mere inconvenience to them. I shot a few of them as best I could from my spot but after a while I noticed Treebeard wincing at each shot and ceased fire, deciding instead to throw daggers. Treebeard snatched up an orc who had made to light him up with a torch and I shouted "yeet him that way!" While gesturing at the tower.

"What is yeet?" Asked Treebeard.

"Throw, I want you to throw him against the tower" I said.

"Oh...well you should have said that in the first place" he told me slowly and then threw the orc who smashed into the side of Saruman's tower with a sickening crack before his body crumpled its way to the ground.

I heard the dam break before I saw it and soon a cascade of water was heading our way. I saw an ent engulfed in flames and shouted for it to run towards the water. It did, and stood braced against the force of the impact as it washed over it, quenching the flames and saving the ent from a very painful death. The water reached Treebeard and he braced too. The water hit him and splashed the hobbits and I as we cling to the ent tightly, knowing that if we fell we'd be washed down the mine and swallowed up by the depths to drown. When all was done Merri, Pippin and I got down to wade through the water and I led them to the food cellar, knowing full well that they'd be starving. They found the weed and started discussing the feast we would have while I sent a message to Alice:
